Customer service for an exchange is horrible.. It took an hour to do an even exchange and I'm disabled and can't stand that long with a very bad lower back. When you 1st walk in you walk into a bunch of fly's in the entrance and when you go to self-check-out it's the same with the fly's. When you ask someone where Appliances is they ask you what kind they it clicks and tells you that it's in the back of the store. I have never been to this store and will never return. I will stay going to the ones closer to my home..

Home Depot has been a long time favorite of mine Over the last 25 years I have enjoyed this store. But I have noticed that in the last year the customer service is even better than before Recently I’ve been doing outdoor carpet and turf and was extremely pleased with the help I received at the De Anza store. I was so pleased I took a neighbor to order his outdoor carpet there

Home Depot online order arrives when they are promised and I promptly get the call for pick up and my helper pick it up! Also, damaged/unwanted merchandise are happily returned without any fuss! There is always someone to help me locate when I can't find anything as sometimes items are spread out across aisles. I also appreciate when I lose receipt, they still take it back and issue store credit making it a win-win!

Marla, Maria, and Hossain were all very helpful, professional, and kind employees who helped me during my trip to this store.

Roberto is an older employee, he was so helpful and a positive attitude. He was there to clarify my needs and what to shop for a new toilet. I bought a vanity because of him.

I called to cancel an online order. No one answers for the first 2 times. on third time, it redirect me to a voice mail. the fourth time, it rerouted me to several phone numbers before I finally connected with Customer Oder Specialist. Ext 388. Not about this store but overall experience with Garage door purchase at Homedepot. Home Depot worked with clopay and clopay hired A&J doors to work with me. When they came to inspect, they told me because my house was built before 1978, the garage door might have lead-based paint so they cannot uninstall and haul it away for me, even after I showed them my HOA has painted the while building in 2019. I have contacted 5 other local garage door companies and they all said that they can haul it away. one said $200 additional cost, 2 companies said not additional cost. What Home Depot could do is to share this 1978-information before hand. I only knew this after I have paid ~$4000. Though I got the money back (Good service by Lyn from Bolinger store), the experience is bad and wasted my time. Or they can have multiple garage door company for customers to choose. I believe most garage door companies can provide this service. additional cost is fine as long as transparency holds

I was worried now that OSH is gone, but I was able to quickly find what I needed and get helpful advice on site, in addition to the helpful vids online.

I recently bought a magnetic bit holder tray at Home Depot, and I am very happy with it. The tray is made of durable plastic, and it has a strong magnet that holds my drill bits securely in place. I have been shopping at Home Depot for many years, and I have always been impressed with the company's selection of products and the quality of its customer service. The stores are well-stocked. I have also found that Home Depot's prices are competitive. One of the things I like most about Home Depot is its wide selection of products. You are sure to find what you need at Home Depot.

I have shopped here for 30 years and purchased carpet, paint, windows, appliances and done many repair projects. The staff is great & very helpful. I have been very impressed that they have adults with developmental disabilities doing the garden center watering and clean up. Home Depo is one of few businesses employing these adults and it shows the impacts a company can have in our local community.

Even though it wasn’t hard to find the staff for help, but the staffs I finally found are very nice and helpful. Also the cashier, Cynthia, who is a very friendly, patient and nice girl helped me a lot during checkout

I found plenty of fruit and veggies at Home Depot this week: I bought three varieties of peppers, plus broccoli, plus cilantro, to add to the 8 varieties of tomatoes I've already planted. Perfect time to plant now that the worst of the storms are over!

Consistently available, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I drive past other home depot's to shop here.

First I could not replace the washer on my garden faucet, I brought the faucet to HD, Ed helped me to replace new washer. Second, I bought a wrong garden faucet, a chinese casher told me I need a stronger one, the one I bought is not working. she was right.

Everywhere I go in the store, I'm greeted by so many employees who obviously love where they work and appreciate their customers. They have genuine smiles and they are so helpful. There's always someone in each department who knows everything about their department and also where to find items in other areas of the store. I can tell they are well-trained.

This store is generally well stocked with items. To my surprise, lot of the garden plant seeds were not available.

Bollinger store is generally a great place to shop. If considering purchasing products which require Home Depot coordinated installation I strongly rate them as poor.

Garden center employees do not know anything nor have patience to let checkout with greet. How about a knowledgeable Gardner and lower prices?

I forgot my wallet so i thought i can use Apple wallet. After scanning Lisa figured out my situation, without me knowing she printed the receipt to scan and be quick when i return. Which happened just that way

employees tend to grab scanner and start scanning items i mean it is "SELF CHECKOUT" all while violating my personal space and 6 foot protical

There was a pretty long line at the lumber department cashiers and I saw Dakota working his butt off continuously for a sold 45 min with no help take down this long long line at lumber and if it weren’t for Dakotas great knowledgeable help and fast skills I would have been stuck for an hour trying to get out of this line! But Dakota Severson made my experience here at #6635 bollinger/de anza hd today was very excellent on the account that Dakota gets a praise or pay raise!!! Thank you and I’m looking forward to coming back and seeing Dakota again!!!

My husband went to get a door here after the Kifer store sold the door we paid for there. This location would not give him the military discount even though he showed them his id
