We are in the midst of redoing a bedroom in our home. We have made frequent visits to the Bowling Green, OH. Home Depot for materials for our project. All of the personnel we have encountered in the paint department and one of the customer service employees have been extremely helpful. The ladies in the paint department have helped us choose colors and even color matched a color for us to a spray paint cap. All of our paint colors have been spot on. Though the inventory was a bit limited, we have been pleased with the ceiling fan we bought. It is attractive and runs very quietly.

My homedepot.com order was wrong TWICE. We drove to this store, which is almost an hour from us, thinking we were going to have to return our 2nd swing ordered. They set us up with the items that were not included in both of the shipments.

I've been shopping this store for around 10 years. This last year has been the worst. I don't know what changed but it has made me not want to shop there anymore.

I have used HD and their 3rd party contractors a lot lately and have been pleasantly surprised on the timely manner, professionalism, and quality of the workmanship from both the HD associates to the 3rd party contractors. BG HD is a great place to get more done!

I live in Defiance, Ohio but I will travel to Homedepot to find products my local stores don’t have. The service has always been very good. The employees are your stores greatest assets. Keep them happy to kee your customers happy.

I was looking to replace a kitchen faucet. I found one on display that I liked, but it was out of stock. A nice young man looked on his device and found that it could be delivered to my home by this evening. I was very pleased with the service and the store.

This isn't the first time I have had excellent customer service at this particular Home Depot. In contrast to other Home Depots I have found people who were helpful, knowledgeable and excellent overall customer service attitude. Previously in cleaning supplies and on this visit with Jennifer in outside garden during a very cold day.

I went in this week and was helped by 4 different workers during my visit. ALL were excellent and even helped me load my car (I just had surgery and could lift plywood). What a great visit.

There are some GREAT employees at BG Home Depot!!! Aaron in the paint dept is awesome. Super knowledgeable and helpful. All the employees were super friendly and 10 out of 10 would recommend this store for all your project needs!!!

Purchased a mower online that came in damaged. Returned to the store and the employee was extremely nice and took prompt care of me and reordered another one. Great customer service!

I bought a mower that broke after three weeks use. They took it back and gave me a full refund with no argument at all. They wanted me to be satisfied.

When a new weed trimmer wouldn’t advance the string- employees Michael,Tim & Nick worked on the issue. Made sure this produce was replaced with a new trimmer due to not being able to resolve!! Great service!!

We have put our family property on market for sale and are moving into an smaller, 1900 home that we have to update with many new features. Home Depot contractors have done roof, doors, flooring, painting, electrical and many others so far. We have had great people to help us with Projects and have become friends. We have much more to do and go almost daily to get supplied and other stuff. Thanks to the management and floor team members for always making our trips fun and productive.

I do a lot of shopping at Home Depot for my DIY projects at home. Every time I go to Home Depot I am pleased that the employees are so friendly and helpful! Best customer service in town!

I highly recommend the Bowling Green Home Depot location. The customer service was incredible and their team went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. Ben and Lawrence are incredible. I needed to get wooden blocks made for the BGSU Commencement stage and Ben directed me back to the lumber aisle where Lawrence took the time to understand what I needed. He went and got me a cart to put all of my blocks in, pulled my items and cut everything to my exact specifications. Ben was extremely helpful at the checkout and made sure the process was smooth and super easy. I do not shop for home improvement items much and I would go back to this Home Depot if I ever need them because of the phenomenal experience I had with their team.
