Terrible service Arrogant management

The staff here has always been very helpful and friendly helping me with my needs. If they don't have it they can order it to the store pretty quick or you can get free shipping by ordering at Homedepot.com. I just ordered an ac unit the wasn't in stock and the had a unit shipped to the store in a week and loaded it in the truck for me. Now if I could just get you to install it ! :-)

The staff is great at this Home Depot location. Naomi helped us find a great tool box and guided is through all our options. Thank you.

Once again Perry (plumbing) helped me work out how to plumb a shower basin and pointed out a few gotchas which I hadn't thought off. Perry is extremely knowledgeable, patient and always points out exactly the right tools and supplies I need. Thank you so much!

The Bozo store I would have to recommend if anyone hasn’t been there. They have always been the most friendly and for the most part the most knowledgeable. “ except the occasional kid( young adult ) that is just starting out. But even they will get someone if they don’t no the answers. I’ve been to about 5 Home Depot’s so far in Mt and Bozo store is the best in all ways. Thanks Home Depot

I bought appliances and tile day ago and the same continued experience never fails to meet our expectations. I spend a lot of money at Bozeman Home Depot store not only for great selections but primarily for dealing with great people who care about customer service and it shows from initial purchase to checkout to loading vehicle. Home Depot will definitely have my loyalty and continued business on that premise. Good job being a community asset!!!

I FOUND THE 5 EXTERIOR AND 7 INTERIOR DOORS I WANTED ALL WITHIN MY BUDGET.

The Home Depot in Bozeman has helped us so much in our remodel. From Wayne in kitchen, who made a beautiful kitchen plan for us, to the ladies in appliances and flooring that have helped us. Customer Service has been great about returns or replacements. I enjoying my shopping experiences at Home Depot.

I purchased appliances and was told they would be delivered to the store in a week, and I could pick them up. THey were not dellivered on time, and my son who was visiting who could install is not gone. I still don't have my appliances, and now when they arrive I have no one to install them.

Stopped in at the Bozeman, MT. Home Depot. We needed a lock rekeyed as our local store in Billing after 3 attempts could not do it correctly. We arrived in the evening as we were traveling across the state. We found Wes C. in hardware, who went above and beyond expectations. Normally to have a lock rekeyed in Bozeman, it takes 24 hours as they have a lock specialist do the work. We explained our situation and that we were just passing through. Wes C. stopped everything he was doing, got manager approval and proceeded to rekey our double deadbolt while we went to diner. The entire visit to the Bozeman store was great. If we had a staff like this in Billing, we would shop Home Depot more often. The Bozeman store and employees like Wes C. set the bar for other Home Depot stores. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I needed an extra gallon of Paint to complete painting my house. The store did not have my paint in a gallon can and offered to substitute 4 quarts of the paint for the one gallon can. Upon checkout, rather than pay $40.00 for the one gallon, Home Depot charged me $88.00 for the same quantity of paint, only in smaller cans. Buyer beware...

I went there because everything is cheaper than my local hardware store and they carry quality products not private label stuff that is poor quality

I purchased a dishwasher today from Glenda, the salesperson, at Home Depot. Unlike the horrendous experience at a competitor's store, it was such a pleasure to have a person that was friendly and that answered all my questions and told me exactly when my dishwasher would arrive. Home Depot is now my store of choice.

The customer service was great, everyone was much nicer and more committed to helping their customers than I have usually seen. I bought supplies for my tiny house I’m currently building like drywall and lights, I’m very satisfied with what I bought and the people who work here are super nice. Definitely recommend going here.

I had to replace a freezer that took a bath in the Yellowstone River flood. The Bozeman store is cluttered with new product that has not been shelved
