I would have given a 5 star but I had to drive to the St. Cloud location once because an item couldn't be shipped to me or to the Baxter location. Other than that, this has been my number one place to shop since I moved into the area over 2 years ago.

Both the carpet saleswoman and the register clerk, Cheryl B. were excellent in helping me obtain the carpet within the day I needed it and to achieve the discount available at checkout.

This store is very neat, clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. If the item is not on the shelf, they will find it for you!

He was quick at getting our paint mixed, friendly and seemed like he really enjoyed his job!

Garden center is very well organized. Would have like to have seen a bit larger variety of plants. Kat the Cashier was very helpful & efficient! She was a shining star at the Garden center check out. I am the city & am up this way on the weekends. It waa a joy going through het lane!

Each person at Home Depot in Baxter are so kind, hospitable, and helpful! Each associate I passed gave me a kind smile and asked what they could help with! A few of the employees in paint went out of their way to get me a basket while I was struggling to carry everything and found the best paint for a specific project I am working on. Being new to this type of project, without their assistance, I would have been there much longer and would have probably left with totally wrong things! I left Home Depot feeling very welcomed and happier! It’s very clean and an excellent environment!

Janene was awesome with her knowledge and customer service. She was friendly in a way that wasn't "too much!" She shared a really sweet story about her grandson and his first flower while we waited for the paint to mix.

HAD A RETURN THAT KAT HELPED ME WITH- SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. GIVE HER A RAISE!

Went above and beyond to help me with my purchase today

I am always greeted with a smile. I never have to make a second trip. They always sell me everything I need to complete the work. Always remind me of things I might have forgotten

Terry Sells was the employee that assisted me on my 2 trips to the store. He got to the right place and showed me what I needed to get the job completed. I got home and found I needed a part to go from PCV large wall to small w all. It took Terry about 2 minutes to get me the additional part I needed. The quick service was worth my trip back to town.

If you shop this store and are lucky enough to get Cheryl B at the Pro Desk checkout and Kenny to help you with your purchases, you are in for a treat. They know the meaning of good customer service and apply it to their work.

Tonight we had Dean and Katie helping us and they went out of their way to help us get and find everything we needed. We will be back and hopefully get to have them wait on us again

I bought a RIDGID drill/driver set that I plan to use in the next few years building my house. I bought them now because of the Black Friday sale. And I had a $5 off coupon. The guy who unlocked the tool shelf was very friendly and carried my box to the self checkout for me. Then I had trouble scanning my coupon and a lady helped me and honored the coupon. Was a really great and friendly experience.

Courteous and friendly staff

Great experience, I was excited to buy a bunch of items in one visit to the Baxter MN store. I had to engage with a lot of the team to find and collect everything I required in one trip. It really was a great experience in multiple departments. Cheryl B. cashiered everything for me and she was helpful, fun, friendly, and made the end of a long expensive shopping trip very fun!

I was sent on an errand to buy an interior and an exterior door for a project. I didn't think I would be able to get the exterior door by myself but then I found out that Home Depot has a "loader" on staff to help with just such tasks. . All the staff was very friendly and helpful. What a HUGE benefit over some other stores.

The Baxter Home Depot is most accommodating for handicapped shoppers w/ very generous assistance and going out of their way to help locate products and answer all questions. The HD staff go above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience is successful and positive. You don’t find this kind of dedication at other home improvement stores. A special thank you to Kat for her kindness.
