People at this store don’t care bought two tool box’s recived one driver left to go back to get it never called back or answer his phone store manager didn’t call back got a refund for the box I didn’t get but sill paid shipping on both only Manager that care an help me was Walter very nice on sat morning got my refund to day

Just wsnted to give a shout out to Elizabeth in appliances.. excellent team member, and really helped me choose what to purchase.

I travel out of my way to come to this location. They always have everything we need stocked. Associate are always available to help even if they are short staffed. Management cares about store appearance and availability.

I can shop most of everything I need, just one stop. Save time and staff are friendly and they help me to get the right parts

We have bought many things here over the years and we are fans of Home Depot

They have everything I need and some thing I don't need but I buy anyway! A handyman paradise!

The outside garden area is a complete mess. Stacks of merchandise inside with no prices. Stuff just shoved where ever. I have never seen this HomeDepot look such a ness

Exterior trash cans overflowing, aisle’s crowded with merchandise. Not the best shopping experience.

Awesome Customer Focus

In the past year, I’ve made many purchases to build a fence in my yard. All of the employees have been very helpful with a special SHOUT OUT to Reggie!!

We have noticed a huge difference in the number of people willing to help and friendliness throughout the store. Great experience.

Purchased a refrigerator and will have to wait a week for delivery. I hope it doesn't have any issues and will last 15 years.

I AM BUILDING A SHOP AND GO INTO TH BRANDON STORE SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. OTHER THAN BEING TIRED I COME OUT FEELING GOOD . THEY MAKE ME FEEL AT HOME.

The people that helped me were very kind, interested and were knowable about their job and enjoyed helping others.

Overall well stocked and helpful associates.

Just walk in, you will see the difference. The people here are happy to help even though it its the do it yourself store!

A one star rating is too high

I was on the hunt for what I wanted there was no real search for my item I got the merchandise was where I expected it to be. I loaded up paid and on my way I went.

I had a few returns and Reggie was very friendly and helpful. You need more like her.

I bought an over the range GE microwave to replace my old one. I purchased the product installation. After 2 weeks the microwave was delivered. The delivery men told me they were to do the installation. They were untrained and not prepared for the installation. They had to borrow my ladder and drill. After an hour and a half, they told me they could not install the microwave and offered a refund of the installation charge. They had scratched cabinet doors and a wall. They left without cleaning up the mess. Home Depot should only use trained professionals for product installation. I was furious and extremely disappointed.

We visit this store all the time but this visit on August 12 2022 was special. We had the best customer service by far ever. We came in to pay for a generator we were having added to our new home and 3 young ladies assisted us until the end. 2 was in training and they went to get the supervisor to assist us. Our experience was pleasant thru out the visit. Great Job ladies!

I’ve lived in Brandon, MS, three years. I am close to this Home Depot. It is well-stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. During pandemic, I used curbside pickup. It was sufficient.

We bought a product 30days ago, would not start, brought it back, they gave us another one, so friendly & willing to help, thank you Home Depot

Mike from the lumber department was an amazing help. He went above and beyond to help with selection of wood needed for a project David the cashier was also amazing with his customer service
