I love this store everyone here is so friendly!!

Assistance was available and help was offered immediately with a great attitude! Most stores you have to hunt down someone to help and you get passed off to another department or person. This associate did not refer me to someone else he got another associate to help him get the item and he brought it to me! That was a first and was very refreshing!

Through her creativity and knowledge, Amy H. provided me several possible solutions to a difficult dry wall issue I was trying to resolve. She even provided insight on a garden purchase I was making. Thank you!!

I was happy with the employee name Anne who was of great help and professional.

The store had exactly what I was looking for.

We had a pipe break in our wall and had to cut our bathroom down to the studs and replace absolutely everything in the bathroom. Being clueless on plumbing but not having the $8-10k to pay to have a bathroom done we came here to get what we needed to try and do it ourselves. As we had a cart full of plumbing fittings etc. in our cart that didn’t make sense an employee Jeff approached us and asked if we needed help. Jeff saved us a plumbing nightmare on our end and answered probably 20+ questions for us as well as saved us $6-7k in paying someone else. Our bathroom came out amazing and couldn’t have done it without Jeff!

I love the people at this store. They are helpful with everything I need. They are also very knowledgeable.

I worked with Leighton in the flooring department and he took a considerable amount of time helping me find the materials and resources needed to complete my home improvement projects. I will definitely work with him in the future!

Just bought a house lately and Home Depot is the closest to get all the materials that I need for a complete update. Associate service was very helpful in explaining the product that I was looking for.

The cashier was very rude two days in a row. I shrugged her off yesterday but today Michelle was super defensive and not knowledgeable about questions and concerns I had today

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I know we are in a time of being short staffed but, the inventory needs to be up to date to avoid headaches like I endured.

I went in for the Milwaukee M12 inflator, but they looked everywhere for it , couldn't find it, recommended the M18, I'm very glad I got the M18 works awesome

Not coming back. Costumer service is the worse specially the pro service. I was actually mistreated there. The PRO SERVICE guy wanted me to count the in-stock decking boards so he could place the 100 count online order for me because he did not “trust his computer”. Really? Hahah

Normally it’s hard to find an employee to help you at most stores, but at this store there was an abundance of helpful friendly staff

Received a freezer which had a small dent in it, they gave me option of new door or money back in my acct which I did. No problems, great service, courteous and got the problem done immediately. Adam helped me., I suggest a nice raise for him., thank you, Debby

I bought this week all my product my house look amazing.

Horrible customer service (Terry) while trying to return excess materials. Declined my return with receipt because I used $50 in store credit from a previous purchase (using my own money) as PARTIAL payment. I had $50 store credit and I spent $537.47. Tried to return trim worth $133. Not sure how this is legal. I’ve contacted my attorney and will now be requesting more than $133 be returned to me to include damages for time, hassle, etc. Side note, I’m a retired veteran.

I purchased over $500 of butcher block countertop and tried to return the countertop with the receipt. The return was denied and when I asked to speak with someone else the staff member told me to call the phone number on the receipt. I called the phone number 4 different times. The line rings for 15 minutes and then disconnects. I’m stuck with countertops I don’t want and can’t use AND I’m out over $500. I have attempted to speak with and reach customer service multiple times with no success.
