This store is AWESOME always have had a great experience every visit and there weekly and monthly classes are GREAT.

Garden center plants were well watered even thou it was 90 degrees out

I and my wife were treated with concern and consideration by employees. the purchase was quickly put together and set aside for pickup later that afternoon. Very satisfied.

The employees in the garden department were all very pleasant and helpful. I was looking for the knock out roses plants that were on sale. I wasn't able to find them them but an employee helped me. Would definitely go to this store again. The knockout roses plants were in beautiful condition at a very good price.

The employees were very helpful and kind especially one supervisor who was helpful was Michael Ruiz. The place is very kind. The cashiers were very nice also.

Staff was very helpful and friendly also helpful finding items I needed. Was assisted in self checkout which is a big plus for me. I had bought several items so I enjoyed the help. I found everything I needed and the store was very clean and organized.

The store was very busy. The aisle I need to get to was blocked off because of stocking. The employee saw me and my granddaughter waiting. She stopped her work, let me in the aisle to get what I needed and then went back to work. She also asked if there was anything else I needed.

Great experience at this Home Depot. Great staff.

Store was clean and well organized. Associates were very friendly and willing to assist with product location or price verification. They were willing to admit if store error and give customer the discount deserved. I have always had good luck with this store and have never experienced an issue that could not be corrected.

Great customer service. Very helpful staff. Supplies were available. In/loaded/out truck return accomplished in about 1 hour

Peter and the other staff at the Pro-Desk go out of their way to insure you are taken care. Every customer is treated as if they were family. Because in the competitive world of home improvement stores...if you don't treat customers that enter your store as family...family will stop visiting... This store location has gone thru a lot over the years...both good and in recent past..bad. But Peter and the surrounding staff are doing their best to correct old ways and have lead the charge of giving the customer that "home town hardware store" service.

Honestly, I think the experience is always good at a employee service perspective. Unfortunately, the product selection is smaller than other locations. I'm not sure if it is a corporate decision because of the store's location or the square footage, but sometimes I have to travel to a different location for a better selection

Store #2611 has been "My Store" for over 13 years. The location is extremely handy to where I live and find all the associates to be extremely helpful. I'm familiar with all the departments and enjoy just wandering around. :) Judy, the Customer Service Desk Manager is outstanding!! She is a huge asset to The Home Depot organization.

My experience is always a good staff is very helpful they seem to know when you require assistance finding items for first time home improvement warriors.

As soon as I walk in, Mike started helping me I needed a special order. He frost checked in back then ordered it for me. Then I saw a item on the top shelf that he had to get a ladler to get this 12feet hallow blow up.he was very friendly

The electrical dept in the morning can not be more helpful all ways has sugestions on helping with your projects, The home depot cashiers at this store in particular in the garden section and the lumber section are more than great and very polite.

I only go here if I have to. I have had floor people walk right passed me to talk to a man who hasn't been waiting half as long as I have. They will direct all of their attention to my husband who doesn't know the first thing about using any of the products in that store. They will walk right by you without asking if you need help with anythin
