there is only tow stores that have the kitchen cabinets that I am buying one or two at a time that's why its taking so long to do im a plumber for a company

I have always found this store clean, fairly well stocked and always dealt with employees that were helpful and considerate in every way. True, this store is close by, but I have been to others that were acceptable in most ways without our leaving with the satisfaction that we find here.

I like this particular store because parking is very convenient and personnel seem to be plentiful to answer questions and help find items.

I always get bad service at this location, and from this very same cashier each time. He is consistently rude, pushy, nosy and dismisses me before I can even state if I need help with something else. I had a particularly bad experience today. I shouldn’t have to leave the store feeling mistreated each time. What can you do to reassure me to continue shopping with you at this home location, please? I would at the very least appreciate a store discount or credit, for $25, with an apology...

I noticed that all the employees I have been in contact in this particular store, possess a great attitude. They appear to enjoy working for Home Depot, they consistently wear a smile, they go out of their way to help, and they are friendly. It appears to be a reflection on the hiring and training departments. I had a great experience with Candy, in the appliance dept., also a great experience with Jennifer in the window treatment dept.. There is a gentleman in the costumer svc. dept., he has a British accent, he always exudes positivity and friendliness. I always leave this particular store with a good feeling.

The Team at this store is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional, which is why it is my go-to location in the metro area.

The pro services department is the best one that I have worked with. They always make sure I get what I need and work to find best prices for the products.

I always shop at the Broomfield Home Depot because I know where most things are in the store. Everyone is really nice and so is the hotdog guy outside the store. I buy all my winter weather products there. On the spring I buy all of my gardening supplies and tools there and everyone is so nice 100% of the time. I will always shop at the Broomfield Home Depot.

This store has the best customer service. The employees are smart, helpful and on top of it.

It is generally a good store but does not carry all of the items that I would shop for. I realize that you can not possibly carry every item that a diverse customer base would need, I consider that when shopping.

The Broomfield Home Depot store is our favorite in the North Denver area. The service is excellent. The staff are knowledgeable. They have a WIDE variety of stock in store. My experience has never been anything but positive. A special review for cashier Cheryl. She is the best. Extremely helpful and kind. I would return to this store because of her helpfulness even if the store wasn't great. But the whole store is great!

Day three of a Holiday weekend and everyone was so easy to deal with despite the amount of foot traffic. Found more than we were looking for because we enjoy walking the floor. We love to walk the floor and see what's new or to get ideas for ongoing projects or ones to come. Too easy to spend too much time either looking or talking to the associates about projects!

I needed help with a specific project and do not live in the area so I didn’t have any tools. My service associate, Alex, went above and beyond helping me complete the project with minimal costs. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex!

The customer service I receive at this location is beyond compare. There is always someone willing and able to assist me in whatever area I require.

All the Home Depot employees that I had contact with were very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help me.

The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in the night before, and the department head said someone with more experience would be in the next morning. I went back the next day, and the associate, Harry, was great to work with. He answered all my questions, and offered solutions for my application.

Scheduled and paid for a in-home measurement for flooring. Was told we'd receive a phone call on day of to receive a 2 hour window for when service would be performed. No phone call received. No one showed up to measure. Am very annoyed. I waited all day long in order to be available. How does this get messed up after printing phone, address, order numbers, etc. then nothing?
