I am a loyal Home Depot customer. I’ve been to some that really needed help in understanding retail but most of my experiences are positive. I love the Brunswick Georgia location because they’re friendly, helpful and organized. My Boyfriend thinks its funny that I call it the happiest place on earth cause most women would disagree. But they almost always have what I need and Latavia ( one of the cashiers) is a bright spot in my visits because she’s so helpful and happy.

The quality of the items or products I've bought have been to par for the tasks I was doing.

When I go to buy products at this store they always have the products I need to do whatever job is before me, I love the store!!

Cashier Kassandra, was very unprofessional and had a not-so-nice attitude when a mistake of over 200 dollars was pointed out to her. If you don't want to take care of customers, then find a different job. Being pleasant does not cost a penny

The receipts says $5,000 gift card but at the end of the survey it says $1,000...

The most beautiful selection of plants of any place I’ve seen in this area. Employees are very friendly.

Easy to shop for what I need

This store is filled with great associates. I’ve never had a problem with anyone nor have I ever felt unwelcomed.

Today we had several products that we needed and four different representatives helped us find our products. They were all friendly and willing to help. Cheryl, at the register was also helpful to us at the checkout.

I bought batter operated blower and trimmer that my wife wanted because it is light weight. Riobi. She loves it.

I went to Home Depot with the exact layout and dimensions of my kitchen. H.D. worked it up on a computer program, also someone came to my house and did a laser layout. After all the product was ordered I got a bill with an additional 21.23% charge. That is not a fair and proper estimate.

Went in to buy paint and accessories when I came across HEATHER. She was informative, knowledgeable and more than helpful. She is a true gem for your company

Everything I needed was readily available

I had to order something from another store to get in my local store. The sales Rep that assisted me went out of her way to help and make me feel special. There was no rush nor did I feel like she was being nice because she had to she was just perfectly kind and addressed all my needs before she finished. This kind of service is lacking everywhere but found it at this local store. Wonderful job

Alicia in pro services is amazing and fixed a big issue that your customer services desk screwed up and sent my guy away.

Every employee was interacting with was respectful and polite and couldn't ask for any better treatment. They went above and beyond the call of duty to see that I was served with real pleasant service thanks again Brunswick Georgia home Depot!

Home Depot has great price but the Brunswick store has great friendly customer service!
