Drove from Searcy for this. No matter how many we tried to purchase they would not ring up any free ones. There was no one that could help. The store managers couldn't be found. One was outside on her phone. She thought maybe since there was 4 in the box, that two of those were the free ones. I've never experienced such ineptitude.

My old multimeter finally died after about 30 years of reliable service. Bought an automatic Klein that is so sweet! I needed this as I was working on installing a generator transfer switch in my home. It did great with true readings. I did spend a little more going to a brick and mortar store, but needed it same day. Thank you Home Depot.

The first interaction with a "worker" in the blinds section was awful! Told us we would have to pre-order special blinds when he could have just cut what we wanted. I had to go find a manager and he gladly cut all three blinds I needed. The cashier dawn was very nice and professional. It ended way better than it began.

I went to the store to buy a garage door and didn’t know much about it but after the help and advice from Lyle the salesman I bought what I needed and gained knowledge of what I was looking for

I am a construction worker/handyman. Also a Home Depot Pro referral. It is a great feeling to know that when I go into Home Depot in Cabot Arkansas if there are any questions on my mind or some thing, I need to know there are several people there, prepared to answer Eric at the pro desk. He’s great help, Doug in painting, another one. He’s great Mary at the pro desk Miss Pat at customer service. Many of the employees definitely go out of their way to make sure that my day will go great and my projects are done with all of the knowledge that I need to have perfection

I have bought so much this year already and extremely pleased with everything that happened purchased if I have a problem all I have to do is come to Home Depot and they will fix it. This is my store. This will always be my store because of Heather and Chip they do not make people like them anymore. They’re good down to earth people and take pride in their customers and their satisfaction.

Ask for Dwight in hardware! He is fantastic and friendly!

This location seems to be set up completely backwards. It seems like the contractor counter is where the checkout should be in the store.

I was purchasing lumber, it was dark outside, I was tied after working all day, my back was hurting a little, I was loading my truck and this young man named Jason came up to me and said let me give you a hand. What a blessing he was. Real nice guy. Made my day. Thank you Home Depot and Jason for a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work! I just had to let someone know.

Nadine, the cashier, was very helpful. She signed me up for a credit card and it took less than 5 minutes. She was very friendly.

The Cabot HD has been my go-to for years. I've never had a bad experience with the people that staff this store. Not once.

I was in need of 2 appliances that had *died* and I compared Home Depot against 2 other appliance stores. Home Depot won out hands down.

This Home Depot is staffed with so many wonderfully helpful people. It makes a very pleasant shopping experience.

As a contractor I shop for materials A LOT! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and organized.

I bought a microwave tonight that was on sale for $281, but then was told I had to pay a $60 shipping charge even if it was shipped to the store, because they don’t keep this item in stock, ever. My $281 microwave ended up costing me $374.

Just order a new fridge and am so excited. When it comes to Home Depot, we have not been disappointed wit.h any products we have bought. Thank you for carrying such good quality products. We remodeled our bedroom and a bathroom with Home Depot products

we bought a Dewalt string trimmer, my husband is like a kid with a new toy.

Years ago your store associates went out of their way to help. No longer the case. Mostly they avoid eye contact The friendliest associate was the young man in the garden center. Always upbeat. He should be training the older employees on how to treat customers. No customers, no income, no jobs. Also if I owned this store I would make sure no customer left empty handed

If you like fantastic customer service, you need to visit Home Depot on Cabot, Arkansas. From the moment I walked into the store, I was treated like a queen. Employees went out of their way to help me find what I needed. The store was pristine and organized. Everyone knew exactly where the products were located. One employee not only loaded my cart for me, but walked with me throughout the store, pushing my cart for me, getting what I needed, stayed with me through checkout, and happily loaded my car when finished, thanking me for coming and to be sure to come back. Did I mention that the cashier at the self checkout line rang me up, I didn't have to do it myself, and verified the sales prices without asking? Everyone doing their jobs, not standing around and complaining, going out of their way to make you feel at home, getting what you need with a smile so you can be in and out in a jiffy. Thank you Home Depot Cabot for a NUMBER ONE fantastic shopping experience!!!!
