very rude, and not consistent with product

HD Associate Noah Talley made my shopping experience world class

They had the products I needed and other stores did not have them

I went to pick up flooring purchased yesterday. The gentleman I worked with yesterday was great.(Noah) Today I go in. He’s at lunch. EVERYONE else in the store acted as if I was an inconvenience in their days.

David Landrum helped me so much with a 4 trip returning (faulty) product!! He was excellent at resolving my issue and insuring I had a properly working product. I will seek him out in the future for his knowledge and guidance!!

The other day I bought a few things I needed for a small project I was working on. The employee in the paint department was extremely helpful. He helped me find the exact paint I needed and also the adhesive I needed. I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot and in my opinion, they have some really good employees.

I made 3 trips to the store to get 50 amp GE breaker I need 1 bought 3 all 3 were bad . Not sure if the employee I spoke with new what he was doing when he handed me square D breaker.

Aaron loaded 6 bags of rocks I had just purchased from home depot . I wanted to give him a tip but he said he couldn't accept tips. He was extremely nice.a great employee

This store is always top notch every employee is first rate! Always courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about the placement of all items in the store. I stop by usually one a week for minor projects needs.

The associates are rude and get mad when you ask for help or for an item that should be on the shelf, but it’s in the overhead instead.

We have purchased several appliances and have been please. ( not related to appliances) I love gardening and frequent the lawn and garden area. We also purchased a Christmas tree early before they got gone.

The employees are friendly and always helpful.

I would drive out of my county to go to this home depot that's how much I love it here. I shop there often!

I usually find what I need in this store and the workers are always helpful.

Excellent employees that truly show care and concern in helping you get what is needed. They go above and beyond the expected service.

I had difficulty finding the security light I wanted. The shelves were a little sparse. I understand in these times there are some products that they can't get. I eventually found something that would work. The fellow helping me handed me the wrong thing, but I know that happens sometimes. That particular department was not very clean. Associates are very friendly and helpful and that makes up for any negative things.

Our shopping experience has always been fun and pleasant. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. You have a great team there. Keep up the good work.

Went the store to purchase flowers & plants that were on sale in the ad paper, but the 2 teenage girls working in the garden dept. didnt seem know what I was talking about! I also wanted to purchase some 13-13-13 fertilizer but they didnt even know what that was!!

After Purchasing a Troy Built Bronco Mower the rear Tire had a weak Side wall so the Manage Helped out with a Replacement wheel Tire Combination so I could Finish my Mowing after having someone check out the mower Deck to see if the Blades needed replacement after the Tire came off the rim

The store was clean and the employees exceptionally helpful
