I traveled a many miles to get this one. Lisa was really helpful & diligent to assist. It was worth the wait & I like how she served us well.

Overall the three home depot that I need to shop for materials depending on the location of the job, Calumet City store is the best over-all from management to associates. I will even go out of my way to shop at the Calumet City store because of thier respect, and professionally. Here are a few projects that help me complete.

I’m always happy to visit this Home Depot store. It is always neat and organized and the shelves are fully stocked. I can easily find what it is I’m looking for. I also enjoy just walking around the store to see what’s new and what I could use. I always find something else to buy that I wasn’t looking for, but that caught my eye. Everything is always a great value and quality for the money. The employees greet you when you walk in the door and seems so joyful. I can find help easily if I need it. Even though I went to a self check out, an employee wasn’t busy and she came over to scan my items for me. I love that! Love the flowers in the garden center. So colorful and healthy

I was so happy with the help i received from Dan. He was patient and even figured out what i needed. The items needed were in Spanish and he translated it to English. Great job on customer service.

Out of everyone I sought out for help, Helaine asked me if she could help me.

I stopped by customers service, to return some items, and it was easy to do so, and quick.

I was looking for a water filter faucet anshe helped me find it.

When ever we go in we find what we’re looking for. I have so many projects at home so I’m always picking up something I need. I can take my time going thru the aisles, and it’s usually a team member nearby that answers my questions. I look forward to my next trip.

Outstanding Customer Service!

Everything seems closer together than other stores, which saves time. Also, I saw many employees in each area I was in and that help me out so much because they knew which aisle I needed to go to, to get the items I was looking for. All, and all, it was a great shopping experience and I look forward to my next visit/

I have gotten so many things from home depot and always satisfied. Always still working. Love all the things I have boughten from here.

I brought a LG washer and dryer with assistance of Beverly Bennett a knowledgeable salesperson. Purchased was made in November and I went to store recently stopped by to see Beverly and when I saw her she was smiling.

You need to invest in better lighting, you are a home improvement store and your lighting is awful.

Although I was in and out of the store very quickly, I was given excellent customer service. I needed to find an item I the plumbing aisle, after asking for the product, the associate knew exactly which aisle and bay the product was in. That was the only information I needed to find the product. Checking out was a breeze for my two items. Friendly cashier was of great help with printing receipts.

I sat with Jennifer Arreola fir a kirchen design and was so impressed that I returned with my contractor and ordered all my cabinets, accessories, and hardware. What a smooth, detailed transaction!

The cashier laja was so sweet and nice she made sure I had everything and even assisted on loading my tree herself because of the loader wasn’t available.

I love this store,I always find interesting things here.

Everything I need for my company is always in stock, staff is always helpful.

Karina was extremely helpful. She was patient, empathetic, communicated clearly. Someone please give her a raise or promote her. I had an issue with an item and she solved the issue I presented quickly and efficiently. Her in addition to the rest of the service desk team, unfortunately I can't recall their names.

I have always been able to find what I need, whether in the store or online. I just purchased a side table for my plants and it fits just right. I never had a problem with whatever I've ordered from Home Depot.

I was very pleased with my visit at the Calumet City home depot. They have some of the nicest employees at this location.

I really enjoy shopping in a big home improvement store. You see a lot of things that catch your eye, you can price compare and see new ideas. It's also a great exercise option. ;-)
