I came in to compare the Home Depot to others and by far the Camarillo Home Depot had very friendly employees.

Had our new heating and AC system installed by the Camarillo folks. In one weeks time, we had the price, the plan and system installed! Installation team was here and gone in one day! Highly recommended.

I was confused in the flooring section. Annette Gilbert came to my rescue . Helped me find the flooring I liked helped me load it on the cart. Deric helped me to my car and loaded it. Wow so helpful

Danny and Nina were very nice, professional, and courteous. They helped me find what I needed and had a great attitude. Good job.

After I messed up a pickup order the "team" at the Camarillo Home Depot went above and beyond to make sure that everything got resolved during my visit and I could not be happier. I will avoid all other home improvement stores except the Camarillo Home Depot.

If you know what you need and know where it is, great. This review is for those who go there and need assistance (cutting down lumber, finding items, getting stuff from high places, etc). You need to allow yourself A LOT of extra time to get any help. Don’t expect friendly service. And if you need to find something in the store, use the Home Depot app to save yourself the hassle. It’s more reliable. There’s also no cellular data there due to airport so know what you need before entering the store.

I needed help finding the perfect plant and employee Lalo was super helpful and knowledgeable he helped me select a perfect plant and gave me all the insights on the care for my plant! I am thrilled and happy with my purchase! 5 Stars for Lalo's Customer service.

the service and the attitude of the service was exceptional. munzer was beyond excellent, and he was similarly supported by his supervisor, reggie. the cashier, mauricio was also very helpful. but, the gold star of the day goes to munzer for above and beyond attitude and service.

I was in need for a garage door opener. The one I was looking for was chamberlaine for 209.00 - chain type. West Hills didnt have it, woodland hills didnt have it, thousand oaks didnt have it, CAMARILLO HAD IT !!!

Yadi, from the paint department, helped me locate an older Behr paint color. Turns out there were three, all with the same title (go figure) She immediately knew this and answered a burning question we've had for some time about finding this pain color. She was kind, happy and helpful.

Normally I have no problem with Home Depot. But this location has a bad rodent problem inside near the garden doors.

This store is so nice because they have one person always at the section, so, you don’t have to run around asking for help if you have questions.

The product great quality and worker are very generous.

We have been looking for these containers, he found them , tagged them put them to the side, called me back and said come on down. We came within 30 minutes and found them where he said! Thank you thank you!!

Homedepot has now decided that if you are military or ex-military...you must own a smartphone to get the military discount in-store. This is a very anti-Veteran policy...and needs to be changed!

Immediately upon entering the store I had assistance locating a product. It was difficult to find but the gentleman did not give up. We walked almost the entire front of the store until he located the item. It had been moved and he was determined to find it. Upon entering the checkout area the cashier ( Betty ) stepped right up to help me, she greeted me warmly, inquired if I had found everything I needed and after checkout she wished me a wonderful holiday. Service like this is getting more difficult to find, especially now with the way some of our society acts. I’ve always found this Home Depot to be especially helpful. Thank you H D for hiring excellent customer service employees.

My experience with Reggie at Home Depot, Camarillo was phenomenal. Hands down the best customer experience I’ve received in a long time. Truly above and beyond. Reggie helped me with a challenging lumber project, that I didn’t think was possible to do by myself. I’m not your typical ‘handyman’, in my case woman. But Reggie restored my faith in human kindness. I left the store feeling like I’d met a real life superhero! Most definitely empowering enough to make me feel like I can handle any home improvement by myself!

I still don't understand why Home Depot has not gone back to requiring shoppers to wear masks. This store has generally been pretty good from a mask wearing experience - usually only one or two shoppers not wearing masks. Today, it seemed like half the store wasn't wearing a mask. I did not feel safe shopping in this store.

Employee help me locate apart that wasn’t what I was supposed to be took the time to make sure I got what I needed they all don’t do this but when you find Quality employees like there’s an extra trip worth it.

Never had trouble getting anything at this home depot.
