The store was very clean and they had numerous employees restocking the shelves. Due to the trying to shop during the holidays everyone was very helpful and the returns/customer desk was Awesome.

This Home Depot is constantly help me with my needs. This store is my go-to for just about everything. I recently picked up some beautiful burgundy mums. I saw they are completely stocked for Christmas. I will be back soon!

I don't ever remember getting treated rudely by Home Depot's main competitor's employees. But I've been treated rudely by Home Depot employees and subcontractors several times over the decades of my life. And in the past, Home Depot didn't care. They didn't respond. Home Depot needs to find employees who are sales oriented. And even though the customers pass trashcans going in and out of the store, they still treat the parking lot like a dump site. Apparently, they're too lazy to care about our environment.

The ladies in the Customer Service department are consistently helpful and have great attitudes toward helping and making sure I am satisfied with the result of any issues.

As an avid "do it yourself" customer, I find it extremely helpful to look for all necessary items I need for home projects and have questions answered and/or assistance, every time I need it. Frankly, this makes my home projects much simpler and easier to complete.

I like this particular Home Depot location because everybody is really nice especially Julie in the flooring Dept. I just found her very personable, very professional and very kind. She always takes time to answer all my questions and goes out of her way to make my shopping experience a great one. The truth is, one of the reasons I keep coming back to this location is because Julie is so good at what she does and she is just so kind and helpful.

I will pick another Home Depot store in the future. I used curbside service and the product that was picked for me was not only used, but broken. The manager was less than caring about the situation when I called. The return associate blamed my wife for breaking the product. Companies are begging for customers right now. This store just begged me to never come back.

Even though I'm closer to the Cumming store, I almost always go to this Home Depot. I know I'll get help when I need it; the information I need will be available from an employee, and the selection is always good.

Wanda at the customer service is RUDE !!!! A lady of her age should not conduct herself in such a matter !The store was clean and well stocked . But Cari was very friendly and pleasant at check out .

Gracie was great help calling for assistance with mulch. We enjoy shopping at this Home Depot because the staff is very friendly and helpful.

First, let me say that Nina in plumbing is fantastic. She knows her business and is very helpful. Outside of that, this store can not get the idea that I do not work for them through their heads. I know I'm there a lot, but I really don't. Yet, when I come to checkout there frequently are no registers open other than self check, or there is one poor cashier with a mile long line because customers with 2x4s, drywall or just a pack of screws prefer to be checked out by a person. For my part, I think I"ll spend most of my money at Lowes or Ace from now on. I suggest you do the same.

The staff at the Home Depot in Canton, GA always greet customers with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. I especially appreciate their "above and beyond" attitude when helping me find items that I cannot locate. Almost always they take me to the correct area rather than just referring me to the general section. They have a good variety and I am generally able to find what I am looking for at this store.
