Nice store & friendly staff

Much better service than my primary home Home Depot

After the two supervisors wouldn’t help us because they were too busy sitting around. Ed from plumbing was superb and went above and beyond for us.

Brown in the appliances was amazing. He helped me in buying a a dryer and because of his knowledge and help I also bought the washer to match. He was so educated about the products and knew his department. Thanks again Brown.

Dominic that runs the Doors and Anderson Windows section is really knowledgeable and knows his trade. If you ever go to the Home Depot and Egg Harbor Township ask for Dominic. Also a great guy.

Our experience purchasing carpeting and our salesperson, Alice DiCola, was a very pleasant experience. Alice was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and walked us through the complete process.

I do a lot of DIY projects and Home Depot is my go to store. We recently purchased a fixer upper outside of Stone Harbor. Needless to say, I was in the Cape May store twice a week for a year and I can honestly say, every visit was a positive experience. I go to many Home Depot locations but the Cape May store consistently has the friendliest, most pleasant, and helpful employees - IN EVERY DEPARTMENT! The store is always clean and well stocked but it is the employees that set this store apart!

The large retailers come in undercut the local stores until they go out of business. Then provide poor service, lack of product and raise their prices.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable!

I bought a refrigerator and was assured my current water line setup was adequate. However, when the item arrived, the installers would not install it because the water line was not, according to them, sufficient. Now I am without a refrigerator on a holiday weekend with a house full of company!!!!

Every time I go to this store to pick up a special order or Internet order it takes forever for them to find the product and bring it out. I even tried calling 30 minutes before and they either don’t answer the phone or if they answer they still don’t have the order ready for me.

I have recently gone through shoulder surgery about 10 months earlier. I had a worker who was great and very helpful, he took the time to get someone to get more Sheetrock from high up with a lift. Spent the hole time helping me and helped load my truck. I was truly grateful, I am sorry I have forgotten his name. But this has happened at your store several times!!
