People these days don't value their job nor the customer. The cashier didn't bother to give a "hello" or "how are you" when I came to the register. Plus the dry and care free attitude didn't help either. If one doesn't wish to work where they are, leave and find something else. The only reason I went to this location is cause its local. Next time I'll order what I need online or drive outside the area to get at least half some respect and customer courtesy from staff. Pathetic.

If you don’t know exactly what you need and exactly where it is, then don’t come to this sore! The customer service is HORRIBLE at this store.

The store is too hot and I can't shop comfortably and it's hard to breathe in the store

The store is always have plenty of sales associates that are willing to assist.

The garden was lovely however I witnessed a disturbing event happen with a young lady who worked being approached hostile by a young man who worked for Home Depot which I was deeply disturbed by because this young girl was being harassed by somebody she worked with and it told me a lot about that store.

The store had very limited stock on items and a lot of the employees didn’t know where stuff was. I’m honestly giving this 4 stars due to my cashier being super friendly and helping me load my items.

Unlike the other local warehouse stores in my area. Home depot always have great customer service. You do not have to search around a long length of time for service.

The only reason this store is getting 4 stores is because of the very sweet cashier Kayla. She helped me load 30 step stones in my car struggling herself but stepped up to the plate to help me when the young gentleman that worked in the store said it wasn’t their job and walked off. Being a old man I wasn’t able to left it and Kayla was very sweet to help me when she didn’t have to. This store needs to do some serious restructuring of their employees and how they treat customers. Kayla continue to be great and best of luck in school! Thank you for helping a old man out!

Wanted to purchase outdoor flood lights with a coupon; however, I was disappointed that Home Depot does not carry GE Lighting Products.

If you want a great bunch of employees who are friendly and glad to help, then visit the Home Depot in Hampton Mall Capitol Heights, MD. Well stocked shelves, clean store and floor Persons who don't dodge you when you're looking for help like most hardware stores.

I ordered a sheet of MDF online and was very anxious about going to pick it up, get it cut, and all that good stuff because I know how careless some employees can be about helping you...NOT AT THIS STORE! There was an initial issue with the board and the customer service associate gave me a discount and thought up solutions to help me with the damaged board. A few young men help to cut my MDF down with no issues. 10/10 experience, I will be back.

The Store customer service is horrible, no 1 wants to take time to help, no never is in their department to help you, when you ask as associate for help, the fake like they are going to get someone for you or their favorite line is this is not my department, no one speaks scared your going to ask them for help, Home Depot should be an self serve store

ThisStore is well stocked and there is always someone to help you with locating a product and giving you information about the product. The employees are pleasant and resourceful.

The store was okay with products they could use more items in stock. The cashier Kayla is lovely and makes your shopping experience enjoyable. I spoke to one of the managers because I had a question and she was quite rude.

Just wanted to say that I'm always pleased with the awesome customers service l receive from Luci. She does an amazing job out in the garden she always greets everyone she is respectful and gets the lines down with the quickness. She makes my day!

I will drive around the beltway for the excellent customer service that we received at this location.

I would recommend this store for small things and if you aren’t in a rush. They have little to no cashiers and if they do they only have one working. The few times I’ve went to this location I had a cashier named Kayla check me out and she would be the only one but she’s the reason I’m giving this store 3 stores because she was very pleasant, had a great attitude and was a very kind soul. She could use some help. I hope management fix this problem.

The parking lot is full of people looking for work that makes it hard to maneuver. No one greeted me at the front door, nor could I find a employee willing to help. It was 1 cashier at 12:00 pm today. Even tho she was very professional, I waited in line for 25 minutes. We have to do better in our community

Sorry, this store is a dump. Won't come back. Spray paint everywhere, and the aisles look like a riot went off. Just not too sure about the employees, just didn't feel welcomed.

I live in the Capitol Heights area and have been a Home Depot shopper from the time I bought my first house and my shopping experience is always good. The store personnel is friendly and eager to assist you, other times I can find most of the items I need by looking at the isle signs. Product selection is great and the isles are generally clean as well as the restrooms. When it comes to my home (from garden to home repair) everything I need is at Home Depot.

Good customer service

This location is not 1 of the best locations, but I had the most pleasurable experience at this store for the 1st time in a long time on 3/20/21. I received the upmost respect from Ms. A and the best services ever from store manager Ms. P. They both made sure that the merchandise that I wanted was retrieve from the top self in less than 10 minutes and they both provided me with Outstanding Customer Service!

All in all, it's a good store.The personnel just needs to be a little bit more helpful with consumers that need help.
