Employees are always very helpful

I’ve shopped at this store for almost 20 years and the store is very clean, well stocked and I find the employees helpful ; especially when I can’t find an item.

Like most Home Depots, sometimes it is hard to find an associate to help. I understand this, as I've seen associates get pulled all over the store and away from their areas. However, I can tell you that this particular location is the BEST I've been to - and I've been easily to four or five locations in the general area. And by the best I'm talking about all around, including the employees.

Very knowledgeable staff.

The checker, Tyler Autumn Rose , was friendly and very helpful.

Needed some cellar door rings. Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for at the best price. Cashier was super friendly. Really made my day. Love shopping at the Home Depot.

Summer was a wonderful cashier and saved us over $50! Rob was super helpful in the garden center. He really knows his stuff. We’ll be back again just because of those 2 humans. Customer service is so important and they really went above and beyond to make our trip so much better, more efficient, and the cost savings was wonderful! We appreciate you both so much! We’ll definitely be making this our Home Depot hub !

The Cashier David was very personable and friendly, made us laugh, even when we had to use many credit cards to make our purchase, he was happy to help us out, with a great attitude! When ever I need a plant for my yard or home repair project I can count on Home Depot to have it!

There are plenty of knowledgable people that work at the Home Depot in Carmichael. You do not have to walk all over to get amazing customer service.

I usually go shopping at this store because the shelves are more organized and the customer service are great.

David provided help at the register when I needed to pull my account information. He also helped me save money on my purchase. It doesn't get any better than that.

I have gotten to know a lot of your people and they are great!!!

It was easy to find what I needed

This review will be "be careful what you ask for." This store has the magical ability to make me invisible.to All the employees. I do normally drive much farther to another location to not be actively avoided by the employees. It is not that I need much help in the store, but acknowledgement that I am in the store might be nice.

My experience today was over TOP NOTCH! I needed assistance with screws, drill bit, plywood, scrubbing pad, and storage bins. Gary was AMAZING and patient with me. I walk slowly due to a horrible auto accident, my neck and spine are fused with rods and screws. Gary helped me with the plywood, screws, and drill bit. He's friendly, helpful, and funny. He made my shopping experience such a delight even though it was over 105 degrees outside. I felt like I had a personal shopper. NOTE: If I had to pay a little extra to have a personal HD employee help me, I would gladly do it. Thank you, Gary aka G for your AWESOME TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. You should be the model of what Excellent Customer Service should be like. See you again, T!

Happy I stopped here! Employees much more helpful and happy than my experience in Antelope store closer to me

This is a very clean store with lots of good product choices, and friendly, helpful staff.

Very disappointed with this store 2 employees were clueless on what I was looking for and at self checkout this lady stops me and my little brother and his gf at the door thinking stole stuff but doesn’t stop other people out the door I felt very uncomfortable

We needed to get supplies to fix our fence and twice we had super friendly, helpful employees who went above and beyond to help us out.

Thank you to Dave and Clare - they took the time to make our visit easy provided as experience unlike one we’ve had in any retail location in quite sometime.

I usually go to this Home Depot because the parking is easy. You have to learn the best way out, but that's easy. Great store!

First and foremost, I refrain from writing reviews. However, the Carmichael store provided me with exceptional customer service; therefore, I believe they deserve recognition for their service. Moreover, I am doing a landscaping project in my house and need a lot of material. I encountered the store manager, and he was very accommodating and friendly. The manager saw a list of materials that I needed, and he went above and beyond by walking with me and helping me gather all my supplies. He was also able to coordinate a large pallet of retaining wall bricks that I needed, and he had it ready to be loaded by the time I checked out. Overall I can't say enough good things about the employees at home depot. It was truly a team effort, from a swift checkout at the cash register to the manager and assisting manager helping me load my material to the employees on the forklift helping me load. This store is really customer service-oriented, and I am beyond happy.

I usually find what I need at this HomeDepot! During this time of low inventories, they seem to be stocked with most items I need!

Home Depot continues to have the best prices around, & I love to be able to do "one stop shopping," purchasing the majority of my home & garden needs there! With the high price of gas, this is huge! The customer service is outstanding!

I got a unexpected excellent price on Miracle Grow Potting Soil along with helpful & friendly customer service.
