Very happy with the employees assistance

Garden Center is shut down at 3:30 pm on a Monday? Short on Cashiers?

I went to purchase a list of heavy lumber and lots of other items. The employees were quick to assist with offering advice and helping to find the needed items. They also assisted with the loading of all the materials onto my utility trailer.

Good customer service is really hard to find these days so when you do, it is greatly appreciated. The staff at this location is always very helpful. A lady named Jennifer has helped me on my last 2 visits. She is knowledgeable and is always happy to help!

The associates are so friendly and helpful. This is particularly nice for home improvers who are not experienced pros. Associates provide useful ideas and tips.

Every time I visit this store, at least a couple of associates will greet me and ask if I need any help. It's a refreshing change from other stores where associates act like they are doing you a favor by being there and doing nothing.

I went to Home Depot today to pick up a few items, and as usual, I was pleased with the cleanliness and efficiency of store employees.

I purchased a microwave there and was glad I did

The store was packed but in spite of that, I was able to quickly have my keys done. Good service.

The Carrollton TX store service levels have VASTLY improved over the last 6 months. staff know more about products, where products are located in the store and with a customer service attitude that is refreshing! Keep up the good training!

The customer service at this location is very helpful and friendly, I tend to get overwhelmed easily when I am somewhere out of my comfort zone and the staff made me feel at home and were very respectful and they were very informative!

Found exacly what i needed

I really like the Carrollton Texas store. I live close to both the North Dallas and Carrollton store. I like the Carrollton store.

Dave, in Plumbing, helped me today. WOW someone who is knowledgeable and who listens. Dave gave me COMPLETE information and products to solve my problem . He turned an "un-handy" person into competent person. Very satisfying.

Cashiers don’t interact and seem put out with customers. Ongoing issues. Other HD’s are a bit of a drive but it will be worth it

I thought I knew what I needed but after telling Donley that I was hanging a very expensive very heavy mirror, he showed me something better. I don't have much luck finding studs, except my hubby, and Donley showed me something to help and now I feel very confident that I can do this myself.
