What a wonderful store the Cedar Hill store is and the Associate, Fabian E., went above and beyond to help me find everything on my list, making my shopping experience just perfect!

It is a pleasant and clean store, with excellent associate that are always helpful.

I would like to give a huge shout out to 2 employees that helped me at my local Home Depot Store in Cedar Hill, Texas this past weekend. Both work in the Flooring Department and they are Mr. Trent Talbert and Mr. John Cantu. They are amazing workers and Home Depot should be very proud to have them both as team members. Both went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered (as I had lots of them) and even gave me ideals on the projects I mention I was working on. Some of the items were on the shelves and others had to be done online. The store was very clean and lots and lots of workers on staff. I look forward to working with them in the future.

If you're looking for a screen door or ANY type of door go to the cedar hill location and ask for Elvis. He definitely knows what he's talking abt and knows his products down to the T. He's very friendly and quite a funny guy. Thanks for loving your job Elvis because I makes for a great shopping experience for us customers.

Home Depot is a wonderful business. For the home, and the portfolio.

Friendly service, and once instructions were stated for the check out line it moved fast and I didn't use self check, I had a real live knowledgeable cashier - THEY NAILED IT!

The customer service arena is difficult to navigate. This store and its team do well in the space.

My experiences at this store has always been with getting help when requested. My last visit to the store was Wednesday April 15:2021. I needed help in the electronic department I request help 4 times which was announced on the intercom system , no one ever came. This is not a customer friendly store. If an associate working the area is busy with another customer he or she could at least respond to the call and state that they are busy with another customer but will be there as soon as he or she is available, this would keep the customer from standing around wondering if anyone care that they are in the store.

The store was clean and the employee was helpful. This was the 3rd store I had visit in 2 days and was getting discouraged.

This shopping experience was much better because associates at the store asked me if I needed help and I did receive the help needed for more than one item. Edgar helped me out greatly with the purchase of my bbq grill. Terrance and Chris helped me get my grill into my car which was a great big help because there is no way that I would have been able to get the grill into my car on my own.

CEDAR HILL HAS AN PROFESSIONAL CASHIERS

PARKING IS ADEQUATE AT THIS LOCATION. THERE ARE PLENTY OF ASSOCIATES TO ASK QUESTIONS AND ARE HELPFUL. THIS STORE ALWAYS SEEMS CLEAN AND THE ISLES ARE NOT CROWDED.

I love this store and the service that I always receive. I am looking for a Home Depot mop that is great for my hand weakness but is out of stock everywhere so I hope it will come back soon to stores.

The employees go out of their way to be extra helpful at this location. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They put the customer first.

I have lived in Cedar Hill since 1995. Each experience has been the same. Greeted and treated with respect as a customer. The employees have always been knowledgeable and helped me make good decisions about repairs and gardening.

The Cedar Hill store is ALWAYS neat and clean! I especially loved the fact that there was a police officer at the front of the store. As a single mom, sometimes I have to make purchases at night/evening, and if my son isn’t with me I’m alone. It’s nice to know that I have the safety and security when I’m shopping. Also everyone that I have ever had to ask for help ans been nice and kind. Great Job to everyone! Merry Christmas!

THE CEDAR HILL STORE HAS LOTS OF PRODUCTS ON FLOOR AND CASHIER ADAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL

Most of the Associates in the Cedar Hill are friendly & eager to assist!

The store was clean and easy to navigate. They have everything you could ever need and more and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly!

I would suggest if you need to pick up tape, nails, etc something small shop here. Otherwise take the time to go further north of Downtown Dallas to find fully stocked shelves and Panel Saw Operational. Cashiers are much nice compared to this store. A gentleman by the name Fabian who works in Lumber is the only employee I found to help me in all Departments. All the cashiers need to be sent home especially the return cashier by the name Kiana

I'm working on a new home i purchased recently with my wife and soon to be born son. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations, I must give props to Mike & Edgar in garden, Vernon in paint, Leah in Millworks, and Nadiya the cashier because they're very great at what they do and deserve their props. I only had one issue and that was with Jasmine, I'm not sure which department she works in but she was very rude to me and I'm not sure why home depot would hire someone like her and I'm a bit confused on how she got the job in the first place.
