Today we went to Home Depot Celebration Station to purchase a new grill. When the staff was helping put the grill into the vehicle I made it clear that if they did not feel comfortable loading it without knocking the sides of the vehicle and they both agreed to be careful. I purchased a brand new suburban 2 days ago and this was the first time I had put anything in it. They were not at all careful, they scraped the sides of the inside of the vehicle that is not even a week old and when I showed frustration they said it was "just dirt" and it would come right off. That was not at all the case, the panel is ripped. When I got home and got to see the rips I am even more angry and was able to get it out of the vehicle by myself without getting anywhere near the sides where they created a rip. I have included a picture of this rip, that is devastating as it is a BRAND NEW vehicle and I was more than clear that this was a new vehicle and they needed to take extra care and I was totally ignored.

We bought 4 perennials, 1 bag of Scott’s tall fescue, and 10 bags of Scott’s Lawn Soil to beautify our backyard for spring on 17 March 2023. The products were easy to find and a gentlemen, assembling wheel borrows, helped load our push cart. We were going up to the cash register and Sarah, from customer service, said she could check us out and said we could save more if he got a Home Depot credit card, and we followed her advice. The savings from the Home Depot Credit card and my military discount gave us around $70.00 dollars in total savings, thanks to Sarah.

We bought 15 potted chrysanthemums for parade float decor. They were perfect and added the final, special touch. With your help, the float was selected for the Lighthouse Trophy award. Thank you!

I have shopped at this Home Depot since June of 2017 upon moving to Virginia Beach, I never had a negative experience ion any kind.

I bought some things from there and it was all in all a great experienced

I visit my location the Va Beach Blvd a couple times a week or more for a variety of items as a property manager. The employees at this location are extremely nice and helpful!

The cashier in the yard area Gabriel went out of his way to quickly and professionally move me thru the line and maintained positive conservation and showed a genuine interest.

I made three trips to buy some Holland Pavers that were on sale this past week and the support from Sarah and Turner at the Customer Service Desk for each trip was outstanding. They listened to my requirements, processed the proper paperwork, and coordinated with the Garden area employees to have the pavers put on pallets with 200 pavers on each pallet and then loaded a pallet with 200 pavers onto my truck with a forklift for each of my six trips home. It was a nice Team effort by different Garden area workers each day.

Sarah assisted me with a complex and large transaction. It involved a large order and Home Depot credit accounts and discounts. Thanks Sarah!

I Don’t purchase large items and amounts of merchandise, but it is the little things I have purchased in years past from HD that I have enjoyed using and found very Useful and Durable!

I went to this Home Depot to look at flooring, and Diane provided excellent customer service. She helped me chose the right flooring for me. She answered all of my questions and was thorough in explaining the process of the measuring and installation.

I appreciate you guys and now I am a customer for life

The associates in this store truly are a team and it shows. Valarie, ari, Armond and Shayilyn provided the best team effort and customer service that I have experienced in any store in quite a few years. Thank you for hiring such great people.

Christmas is a very busy time of year and because of the staff members at Home Depot they took what otherwise could’ve been a very frustrating shopping experience and made it an amazing want to send a shout out to Summer and Sarah in Customer Service and Jaime the store manager for taking the time and making the effort to handle my situation making a great shopping experience, I am very satisfied with my product and shopping experience and will definitely be shopping at that location for all my future purchases.

So happy that there are enough employees at the front to assist customers. Marco and Jackson both worked together to help find what I needed. So many employees nowadays just say “sorry I don’t know” and leave it at that. Not here, 5 star customer service.

The staff at this store is rude, lazy, disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could have given ZERO stars I would have.

Ray from the appliance department helped us to find a washer and dryer set. When we arrived to the store I was not happy about the prices or selection. We were about to leave but my husband sneezed so hard that Ray went our way to bless him and offered us her services. She started talking to us and asking us questions about what we were looking for. She remembered that she took inventory from the shelves and show us the exactly model we were looking for.

I shop at Home Depot often for home projects and for work. I went to get paint mixed at a slow hour in the afternoon. Could not get the employee in the paint department to look up from the cell phone to provide service to me or the other customer waiting. Complained to management who did care at all. Left the store, completed the job, and returned to complain. No one cared. Don't waste you time shopping here.

I called ahead to make sure they had a working insulation blower. They said they did. I double checked again when I got there and rented the machine. It was an awful experience working with tool rentals and customer service. Each department kicked me back to the other one until I finally asked to speak to a manager. No one at the tool rental department was doing a thing. 6 people on their phones and they were very annoyed when I showed them the rental receipt. Got the machine home, they did not give me 100 feet of hose, just 50. But the kicker was that the entire tool I rented did not work after they told me it did. I called and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They said another store had one miles away but no one answered the phone. I was not going to waste my time in rush hour traffic. I took off a day of work when I called this store and they said they had a machine and it was working. Zero apology or customer service when I told them that this was entire waste of my day with over an hour in the store trying to rent and then return the tool that didn’t work.

This store is so much better than the one in Norfolk on Military Highway in so many ways. I usually avoid that one because it’s so chaotic and their checkout process is the worst ever. This checkout process was flawless and the cashier was very friendly. Thank you Debbie!

If you want a super shopping experience, go to Home Depot in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at 3352 Virginia Beach Blvd. Seek out Debbie. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, she is just an A+ employee.

This location consistently gives great customer service. They have a lot of long term employees that are always helpful and polite. Glad this store is so close to my house.

I have been happy with the products, just not happy checking out.
