Great Service and knowledge of products.

Love this store. However.....PLEASE stop employees from wearing the disgusting, nasty masks! I can't understand people when they are trying to help me. But the biggest issue is how unsanitary these things are. It honestly offends me to see them wearing these. I do not feel comfortable in the store with the mask wearing. It's just so gross. I don't feel that the store is as clean as it used to be before masks.

What a great experience. This store has the best employees that I've ever encountered in my life! Special thanks to Tony, the Garden Center Manager, and there are no words to describe Anthony in Customer Service. He did everything from beginning to end. It was a wonderful experience!!

On 4/10/2021 my wife and I purchased a Samsung Front Loading Washer and Dryer Set. The lady in appliances, Ashley, helped us. Once we were finished, she asked how we were paying. We answered, "Some with cash. Some with the card." She then informed us we would need to go up front to pay that way. So, we took our order which totaled $2,399.61 to the front to pay. The cashier, Katherine, had a hard time recalling the order for some reason and even commented her computer was saying what she was doing would double charge the customer so she called Ashley in appliances and they got it straightened out. We paid $1,000 in cash and $1,299.61 on the card. The card transaction was a debit transaction with the pin used and the receipt reflects that. WE DID NOT RECIEVE OUR WASHER/DRYER We have been offered a new delivery and a discount to our bill. In order to get this discount, they don't want my receipt, I already gave them that, they want my BANK STATEMENT! They claim they don't have my money from my card but my receipt says otherwise. They claim they don't have my money from my card but my financial institution says otherwise. I have been treated like a thief to even get this far. I have produced the receipt, the order form, and even identified myself and my wife on camera. Now, I have to wait 5-7 days on my statement to even maybe get the refund I was offered. What's next, a drop of blood too? I will never shop here again...

Store is always stocked and fronted, clean and neat, friendly staff. I will be back!

Good place to shop for what you need. People are nice and very helpful that work there. Never had an issue with not being able to get help on finding anything I needed. Great place to shop.

Employees always willing to help.

We shop in this store for all of our home needs. We bought our bathroom vanities, faucets, flooring, lighting, etc. We bought all of our appliances there. The associates are all very friendly and helpful. The associates in the appliance department are very knowledgeable about appliances, but also in the bath section. The appliance sales ladies knew all about the bath vanities and related items. Impressive! The store is clean and well stocked. We would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Products easy to find, at adequate stock levels, and sorted properly in their storage bins. I hate grabbing an elbow, for example, to find it is 1/2" instead of the 3/8" it is supposed to be. Staff was properly masked, efficient and cheerful in their interactions...in spite of my rushing in at the last minute to recover from a moment of stupidity, where I had grabbed the wrong parts.

It was clean place stocked and very helpful workers there get there job done great place ill definitely be back to shop here

One of the best shopping experiences ever. Employee Janet took my call to ck availability of a hedge trimmer. Computer showed 2 in stk but when she went to verify, she said shelf was empty, but my ph rang about 45 min later and it was Janet, she said she found the hedge trimmers I wanted. She said they had been moved from their normal location. She did not have to do this, so I went and purchased & Janet was very kind & friendly & explained every detail about how to properly operate the trimmers. Then I went to the cashier Leslie & she was just as polite & friendly as Janet. I asked if there were any discounts or coupons available & she was able to give me a discount, so because of the wonderful treatment I received, I purchased the extended warranty and I never do this. Very satisfied customer

Employee price matched Lowe’s on osb boards and then beat it by 10%. Saved me a lot of money on 26 sheets of osb and helped me load them.

store associates are rude, don't want to help anyone, but, the store associates want a paycheck.

The store was organized with neat. I was able to find what I wanted on line and went straight to the aisle that was on the website.

I worked with Dottie and another rep, as well as Jeff who installs blinds, regarding purchasing blinds. Jeff and the other rep were great, but Dottie is absolutely exceptional! So patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She's a keeper!

wonderful customer service

The store was clean, and product was available to purchase. The staff was very helpful! My only COMPLAINT is that the lawnmowers for sale are parked right next to the shelves where the succulents are inside the store and I had to step over the lawnmower. and squeeze by it to shop the succulent arrangements and baskets. It's very hard to shop the succulents that way! :( and they're so low on the shelves, like all the way underneath or too high on the four-way so they're not that easy to look at!) **if they were all on the same level, theyd be MUCH easier to see. Also, other locations sell their damaged plants for a reduced price. Some people will still buy them that way. :)

The store is clean and well organized. The store responded quickly and efficiently in response to the COVID-19 stay at home order and social distancing.They kept in mind the comfort of customers waiting in line to enter the store during limited capacity by providing shade/protection from weather. The employees are very friendly and willing to help by offering assistance and answering questions throughly!!

I literally go to the Centerline Home Depot on a almost daily basis. I can not explain how thankful I am for them and especially their friendly staff! I am always asked if I need help finding something and when I do need help it seems they drop everything to help me. Thankful for the amazing check out team and pro services team! Even more the paint staff is incredible. I never take the time to do the receipt survey because it takes forever to type in the bar code digits, but I want to give a huge shout out to Centerline Home Depot especially for the amazing experience I have every time. One time I even dropped $20 and the lady ringing me out remembered the job name of my order and the next day she sought me out to return it to me! The team always is available to help load heavy materials into the truck when needed too. I love walking in and seeing the ladies who check out customers smiling and greet me. When you leave you get to see them again and they are probably humming a happy song and you can’t help but love the positivity and positive vibes the whole team at Centerline has!

I have been frequent team this store ever since I was a kid. I remember going in there with my father and grandfather. Not much has changed over the years still good service and good products. It's definitely my first choice to go to for home improvement stores. The store is always clean and it's always easy to find the products you're looking for.

Excellent service and staff worked hard to get me what I needed.
