I go out of my way to shop at this HD. When I have questions about anything everyone is great.

Awful Customer service at El Con location EVERY time. Always give my 82 year old father a problem at checkout for not having his military status linked to phone number....Way to say "Thank you" to a Vietnam veteran.

they have very competitive prices and a great selection of products/lumber etc.

On our recent visit, our cashier (Elizabeth) was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

Head cashier Lillian has excellent customer service. She helped us in the paint dept when it wasn't her area. The woman working there took our order,said it will be done in 5 mins, so we continued shopping. We came back 15 mins later and found out she left for lunch. A few employees checked on us with no help until Lillian helped us. She did not know how to mix paint but she Figured it out and resolved the problem. None to Lillians fault we were at the paint counter for an hour and the woman still hadn't returned from lunch. Lillian went above and beyond to take care of the customer and she is a great asset to Home Depot.

The staff helped me sort out how to decide when buying window roller blinds/covers. It was my first time buying those so I had my measurements handy but was not expecting that the window rollers and the windows don't have a standard size. So, I had to get some window rollers cut in the store, and thank God one of the staff knew what she was doing and taught valuable lessons about window rollers and how to measure. She advised me to redo my measurements and now, I am coming back to the store with more confidence and know exactly how I want the window rollers to be cut. Thank you so much!

Elizabeth singled me out and discriminated against me at the self-checkout by accusing me of theft. Unjustly I might add, So ridiculous.

The team at this Home Depot is incredibly. I go out of my way to visit this store in particular. Always happy to help and help me brainstorm ideas for projects that I am working through.

Every single time i go there i am pleased and happy and mostly i get all my plants and gardens supplies too, my husband got all the woods for our DIY projects from home depot

The cashiers are worthless. The front end manager is a joke. If your guys can't complete a transaction, you should help them, not call out the customer. I had ONE item and it took 15 minutes to check out.

Matter/claim brought up with management against deceptive and incompetent cashier "Alicia." Awaiting response.

They are always well stocked and the customer service is excellent

Best Employees in any local Depot, Kristina actually made me laugh at the checkout and I was having a BAD day.

I’m always there for the company I work for and Ace has always been that helpful person. She knows all of us by name and caters to each of our needs. If I’m all the way on the other side of town, I’d drive clear to her store bc I know what I need and want will be taken care of in the utmost professional, courteous and friendly way possible. We needed to buy a Tuff Shed. Mary Helen was very helpful in accomplishing this goal. She spent a lot of time with us and Tuff Shed rep Joyce answering our questions, sharing her insights, and helping us design the shed. Thank you Mary Helen.

GREAT SPECIALS GOING ON HERE!! I price shopped with other venders on items I wanted to purchase. Home Depot has better prices by far. I've always referred to Home Depot as "My toy store"!

Last year I bought a Husky workbench with adjustable height, two large shallow drawers, and a sturdy butcher block work surface, on locking wheels!! Very satisfied!!

I purchased lumber for a home project. Mark in the Lumber department went above and beyond to assist in not only getting the materials I needed, but cut the lumber to my specifications. He did this with patience and a great attitude. Continued with the young lady at check out and the associates who assisted with loading my purchase.

I would like to thank two employees for their help today Mark C. And Kristal. She is always helpful with putting items in my car trunk and the best employee with staff and clients.

Each time I go to this location there is someone who works there who offer assistance and provide the most attentive and thorough assistance. 95% of the time it is a female employee. I recognize these ladies take pride in their work and in the accuracy of the information they provide. Thank you for training and supporting the professionalism in the customer-oriented sales.

Have customers purchase a $5.00 entry card similar to Costco and Sam's but keep the price low so customers can afford. This will keep the theft down and the product cost down. I'm shocked at the cost of theft in your stores.
