I needed help with ideas for flowers and plants for my front yard. Thalia was ambtious to help !! The young man Joshua that loaded my car was cover in mulch from his long day but was friendly and efficient!! They are a great team!

Scheduled a delivery for dishwasher, which was 7 days out. Took time off work to have them call on morning of delivery to say there was no room on the truck and would need to reschedule. Just goto their competitor, they deliver in 2 days and on time.

I went to 'The Home Depot' with the basic idea of landscaping. I planned to use small rocks and native Michigan plants such as grasses and bushes.. I asked the cashier (Thalia) what kind of native plants did she have. She asked me what was my plan, I told her. Thalia showed me the colorful bushes and plants that would enhance my yard. I plan to use some of her ideas to liven up my yard with an array of colors.

Tony showed me right to where I needed to go! This Home Depot is going to be the one I shop at from now on!!!

My husband and I had a spectacular shopping experience today at Home Depot! We were greeted with smiles from helpful associates! Malia save us money by signing up for a credit card..We saved nearly 90.00 on our purchase

I came in frustrated as my closet shelves collapsed and clothes were all over the floor. Home Depot helped me rebuild my closet with the correct parts and design. Home Depot had all the parts in stock to repair my closet!

Every single time I shop at this location, makes me want to shop exclusively at this location. Customer service starts with great management skills. Who ever is running this location knows how to treat their employees well. Don’t have to go searching for an employee for help because they are there looking for you. Usually it’s the other way around. The management is hiring people who actually care. Keep up the great work!

Amber was the best at helping us pick out our new appliances! Very knowledgeable and we waffles away with a while new kitchen!

I entered the store feeling I wouldn’t find the item I needed. However, the sales person, Sam S., was extremely helpful and found the item I was looking for and made it work for my needs!! Kudos to her!! During that visit the other employees were all courteous and pleasant as well! Great store location with great employees!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Had beat help ever , couldn’t remember guys name when did survey , but got it now ! RYAN MILLER , don’t get rid of him ! Great employee ! Give that man a raise ! Not joking at all ! He made my experience great and made sure I had all right materials for the job ! I want him to help me if I ever need anything ever again at that store !

YOUNG MAN HELPING ME FIND MOVING MATERIALS (BOXES, TAPE, ETC.) WAS KIND AND CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE I FOUND ALL MY THINGS AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS.

John Murray assisted me with selecting appliances. I consider this a huge purchase and he was respectful of my time and dollars. He made helpful suggestions without being pushy. John made the process effortless and enjoyable.

Every staff member I talk to was extremely kind and helpful they all offered to help me with my stuff getting it to the counter and out to my car everyone I came in contact with asked me if I needed any help so much so that even my 7 year old daughter said "wow Mom these people are so nice" I'm not exaggerating I mean their employees are wonderful I will always go to that Home Depot for all my home improvement needs

I bought a Milwaukee drill and impact driver set and I was extremely satisfied with how I was helped in finding the right tools for what I needed.

Out of the 5 home depot stores than i used to use on a regular the Chesterfield location has the best service from employees that seem to be happy to be there and the most clean out of the 5 other Locations that I have used in the metro Detroit area.

Employee Ryan Miller made for a great visit. He was assisting 4 people at once in the tool area. If you need something in the department, find Ryan. He is very knowledgeable and quick to assist. He made our visit a pleasant one.

Perhaps need more sales Assoc. Shouldnt need to be reouted via phone 6x because no dept answer
