I've always found and got what I needed in your store

I have had issues with other stores honoring on-line pricing at in-store registers. I had Home Depot Employees on more than one occasion go above and beyond... but Today had been a FUBAR Morning... had had problems with a competitor store... but when I got to Home Depot I had 2 employees go above and beyond to get the problem fixed... and get me set so I could FINALLY get home and get to work.

Marcus knew exactly what I needed, and took me right to it.

The staff has helped me to choose the right equipment and product and how to use it since I have been doing the improvements on my house by my self.

The people are great here,..always willing to help out even with a smile. A Pro-Loader stopped what he was doing in putting a cart away and asked me if I needed help loading up the door I had just purchased. I said, Of Course!, then on our way out he even stopped to answer a question form another customer coming into the store. What a great guy, wish I could remember his name, if it helps he is a small Asian looking guy that wears glasses and is always busy whenever I see him.

All in all great experience in this Home Depot Store, and one employee provided 5 stars service, Charlie from Tool Rental

Needed to replace our defective refrigerator, and Ruth in appliance department was VERY knowledgable, helpful, and provided great follow-through to get new refer delivered to us quickly. Very happy with her outstanding customer service!

Coach Ken was super helpful with my purchase of a new Traeger. Great Price and great service. Ken even helped me get the assembled trailer in the back of my truck safely.

Chris in the flooring Department is amazing! He got me set up with the correct grout and grout sealer. The friendliest employee I ran into this trip.

The recent experience in this Home Depot was very pleasant and the limited staff was very helpful. There were certain garden items that were out-of-stock or in limited numbers in regards to the Garden watering section. Overall the Staff and Cashiers were great!

We ordered flooring for our entire house today and the process was such a pleasure. Dennis Fox provided detailed information, great conversation, and wonderful customer service! Thank you again!!

It is always a pleasure going to the Home Depot store on 82nd and Johnson Creek. Great employees always willing to help the customers!

Two different employees at this store went above and beyond the call of duty to help us improvise a tool that we needed for our gardening project. I’m not used to store employees being so pleasant and so helpful. It was a wonderful experience. And our bill was probably the least we have ever spent in a home improvement store.

Barney- the cashier was not helpful and argumentative.

Great service and product

Ruth in Appliances provided excellent service. She was friendly and efficient and knew her job well. She as able to order our oven and schedule delivery and installation in a very timely manner.

What a great choice I had today. The section is full of plants and other gardening supplies. They have plenty of the items they have on sale. They have enough help to help you if you need assistance. thanks!!

We scored a haul of strawberries, tomatoes, herbs and pinks today. What a wonderfully organized store. Howard was helpful ringing out all our plants. Coach Ken helped us get all the bagged soil and plants through the check stand and loaded into the car. Super helpful person with a marvelous, upbeat attitude.

No complaints with this Home Depot location. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful!!

I bought a grill 5 years ago and loved it. I thought it was time to get a new one. Off to Home Depot we went. As we entered the BBQ Grill section Coach Ken came up and started asking question and giving us answered to what we were looking for. He was a big help and out the door we went with our 2nd Nexgrill. It is a 4 burner with side burner where our old one was a 6 burner. Now if it quits raining, we can have a great BBQ for Mothers day.

One thing I would appreciate is for HD to stop making the aisles impossible to navigate because you have merchandise displays on the floor instead of on the shelving. Lastly, stop blocking off aisles for 15 minutes to use forklift. Make this quicker, or just do it at night when you don't inconvenience customers. Lift should need no more than 3 minutes to execute, or don't do it.

The customer service was exceptional

I almost boycotted the Clackamas store but after meeting John Charles Brown in the garden department, he restored my faith again in Home Depot and customer service and was treated fairly and professionally! If you shop at that store, look up John Charles Brown. He's great to work with. He really knows the store and all different facets of the process from beginning to check out!

All employees were hugely helpful. One employee, in particular, named Marcus G. helped me immensely. I merely asked him whether he worked in the garden section, he replied no he didn’t, but asked what I needed help with. I told him I needed help buying 8 bags of 2cf soil and loading them in my car due to a back injury of mine. Without hesitation or pawning me off, he said “I can do that!” He did so with a smile, even ran a plant out to another customer who’d left it at the register while I checked out. Give this kid a raise! They don’t make ‘em like this guy anymore.
