It's worth the extra distance and time it takes to drive to Home Depot over it's competitor for the superior customer service you receive.

I was shopping for plants and this store did not disappoint. Lots of variety and large healthy plants.

Sales cashier Lise was vivacious, smile inducing friendly, efficient and polite.

Linda and Tia at this location are so wonderful, they took their time to help me shop and showed me items that would work for my needs. If you are every in the store asked for Linda or Tia at the service desk, they are wonderful and will help you. Thank you Ladies

Very clean atmosphere, friendly staff, great knowledge of items we were looking for.

I always enjoy coming to this store to shop. They always have everything I need (and some things that I don't but end up in my cart anyway). the store is really clean and the employees have always been courteous and helpful. This is why I drive 30 miles to the store to shop for my home improvement needs.

Great store anytime you have employees like Savanah and Sarai to help you locate something and check you out it makes for a positive experience.

Excellent customer service! Very kind and had the nicest young man help us load a shower and commode and was very helpful! Went to Lowe’s earlier today and had to load 20 concrete block on the cart and almost had them loaded on my truck before someone came to help! That is not customer service for an older lady to load by herself! Had no issues at Home Depot and all the customer service was so nice and helpful! Will be shopping at Home Depot from now on!

Shopping at this store is convenient and most always has knowledgeable staff to assist. Horace in electrical is friendly and helpful.

Pro Extra Team is Great and lumber team is excellent. Lumber manager got additional pallet of pine boards down and helped load. Cashier and folks at Pro desk make sure you are taken care of and friendly and courteous.

The store is neatly organized and has good selection of items with plenty of stock on hand. The associates were very friendly.

Just moved here from Chicago area. Associates at this store were helpful and I didn't have to find them. They found me! Will be back again!

My wife and I had shopped Lowe’s the previous night for a refrigerator and electric range. The service was ten times better at Home Depot and we saved over $400 on the same Samsung appliances! Thanks Home Depot!

How is it a theme just at Home Depot that rudeness is prevelent. I had 24 pieces of Crown Molding cut and it took 3 employees to get the check out right. Cashier Sara and the Manager were very rude. I had to help Sara because she could not have handled the transaction by herself. It took her 2 times to ring up the order correctly. Very frustrating experience once again with Home Depot!!!!!

Savanah, the Cashier, was very polite, friendly and helpful. She made my day!

Customer service guy elijah was amazing, understanding and very professional. Also the employee who helped me over by the Milwaukee cordless rachet. Friendly helpful quick and welcoming.

This store is well run, well stocked, customer-oriented, well organized,and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, plentiful, and appear happy. And the main store phone is answered within a reasonable time, department calls are answered within a reasonable amount of time. Customer assistance actually exists here!

Has always had friendly and helpful associates. Products were always in stock, no matter what I was looking for, home depot had it in stock.

I have struggled with finding parts in store via the Hokedepot Website. This store is very good about keeping it up to date which relieves that frustration. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great selection of specific tools and products that I couldn’t find in other stores closer to home. I also was approached by a cheerful store associate who was able to give me some ideas about solving a frustrating issue with my kitchen faucet, before I might want to replace it (purchased 2 years ago at another big box store but couldn’t get any answers.) That very helpful interaction alone would bring me back to the store, outside of the fact that I was able to purchase the very specific tool I went to get. I also enjoy just walking around looking at products to tackle other projects sometime.
