Jordan has a bad attitude and shouldn't be at the service desk. Looks bad for Home Depot.

I have purchased this same brand of black mulch in years past and was pleased with the product but this year the mulch itself is of extremely poor quality. The wood chips are large hunks and do not spread evenly. Coverage is poor. I ought 10 2.5 cu. ft. bags and returned 6 because the material was so bad! Won't buy this brand from Home Depot again.

The product I purchased did the job.

you need to stock 2" piping and fittings.On a positive note one of your guys suggested a cordless Ryobi lawn mower a couple of years ago , and answered all my questions and even helped me unbox it to get a better look at it. Best decision i ever made . Excellent product.

Store #2002's shelves were well stocked and the store had everything that I needed. Not only that, an employee was very friendly and pleasant while assisting me with locating an item.

I was forced to use a powered wheelchair that is store owned. I asked for help from a young man to accompany me to my car to return the wheelchair, and was told he had other jobs to do. I was told to just leave the motorized wheelchair in the parking lot.

Every time we enter this location we walk out satisfied! Melody thank you for being so helpful and nice!

purchased an upright freezer and employee fabulous in this department. Font desk customer service employees awful and RUDE. the 2 staff at the front were Melanie and Carmen and their attitudes will not bring me back. Without reprimanding the HELPFUL employee who is great---some times those who have been the long term employees turn to an attitude of what will you do without me. sadly, this was presented by both named above.

Dorenda and Mage in the paint department are two of the most welcoming, helpful, kind people we’ve encountered in a store in a long time. Their shift was literally ending and yet you would of never known! They helped us and talked to us giving us tips without even worry about it being closing. Thanks to them and the knowledge they gave we will not be shopping for our remodel of our house anywhere else! Thanks for all you ladies did tonight! We need more people like you ladies at the Clarksville Indiana Home Depot.

Dorenda in the paint department helped us find a paint we specifically wanted and knew her stuff about paint and painting supplies and she was very friendly and outgoing.

I can go into the Clarksville store and find or get help to find most all of my projects needs

I knew what I was going in for this trip, but the employees are always kind and they always have what I'm looking for if they don't they help me find a replacement if needed.

Was pleasantly surprised to find such great prices on Christmas decorations. I also checked on a refrigerator for a new client who moved here like last week from California.

Went here twice in one day. The first time I asked for help loading deck blocks and was told they didn’t have enough people. I get that but I also watched an elderly man load about 40 sheets of 12 ft drywall by himself until another customer stopped to help him. On my second trip the cashier was totally rude. We put three things on the counter for her to scan and she snapped at us telling us not to put too many things on the counter at a time. OMG I had to walk away. We have three buggies full of merchandise. Really?!?

In the past, it's been difficult to find a willing employee to help.....that's changed! Good going!

Well stocked and lots of options!

HD says they price match. Went to store and was told they only price match items they stock in the store although they show/sell more through their website. Although they sell same item at Homedepot.com, i was told they do not price match unless it is actually something they sell in the store, website does not qualify

Store is clean but don't expect any employee to go out of their way to help you. As you walk by them they don't speak to you unless you stop them and ask them to help you.

The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really go out of their way to help. The store is clean and well organized.

The assistant manager, Gerald and all employees friendly is especially Marva and Steffany were super helpful, professional, and supportive with multiple purchases.

Parking lot and entry could use some work but other than that I love this store. Staff is always helpful and I've never not found what I needed.

This store is my first pick due to customer service. Associates and Store Manager very friendly and helpful!

Having done many home improvement projects myself, an older aged woman, this store has very helpful employees to offer good advice and sell the products to complete the project with. I will only paint with Behr brand products now and have gained confidence to try just about anything I think I can do or buy products from this store for my contractors to use.

Thank to Home depot and the employer because they are helpful.
