TERRIBLE SERVICE. OH BY THE WAY HOW Was YOUR MEMORIAL DAY? VERY DIAPPOINTED IN HOME DEPOT!

Sales associate called me rude all I did was asked a question... Isn't helping customers more important than testing tools ??

We went to get estimates for carpet, George went above and beyond to assist us from carpet selection , scheduling for measurements and the purchase. He made a follow up phone call to make sure that everything went well with the measurements. We can’t for the installation and the final outcome of our project.

Went to buy 40lb bag of bird seed, web site says 28 pcs in stock. But nobody wants to look up to find product..3rd time baited into driving there for nothing..

Went to look at carpet samples. Everything I needed was shown, easy to find, and had great help from Eileen in the Clifton, NJ store. Look for her in that department. She'll make your life easy.

Huge thank you to Joey in appliances for making the process of buying a new washer and dryer super easy & quick. He was very helpful and informative

Don't waste your time time with online pickup. They send you an email that the item is ready for pickup but when you get there to pickup they go and send someone to the aisle to grab the items. I could have done it faster myself because I actually knew where the item was located.

From the initial measure to the installation, very easy and the carpet looks great! If going, ask for Eileen, huge help in getting it all done.

I went to this Home Depot in Clifton to purchase a light fixture for a ceramic Christmas house. The lighting associate, Jen, went above and beyond in finding the perfect fixture and bulb for my house. She even showed me a timer that I could use with it. Always a pleasure shopping at this store.

Horrible experience! They are rude and obnoxious at the Clifton NJ store. Not the first time.

Wasted time online purchasing a garage door and electrical opener, arranging for installation. Called HD's Clifton, NJ store after hearing nothing from them, when they told me it would take TWENTY WEEKS for the installation. What a waste of my time.

The person in the front door Peter the Greeter is doing an excellent job with every customer very friendly and helpful

Angelo in Gardening was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He made me feel like a valued customer and went “above and beyond” to help me. Truly, very kind! Thank you !

Great team, friendly service, clean and items are easy to find.

Extremely convenient location to my home. Exceptional customer service and ease of locating my shopping items encourage me to shop there.

Staff are polite and helping

Bought a grill at 4:31 that they had 16 in stock. Didn’t get the grill until 5:33. After I found the employee who could drive. Found where the item was at RV 033. And yet and still it took over an hour. And the fact that Alejandro the manager had no regards of me or my situation. He would not come out and speak to me. Store seemed to have had enough employees so unsure of why he couldn’t come address a paying customer.

I shop this store for over 20 years. Service seems to be better than at the time I moved into this neighborhood. Everybody is friendly here but not always knowledgeable. Not worse than any other HD, though.

I know a lot of workers in this store they are all courteous and knowledgeable . The grand exception is the new guy by the paint desk. He is clearly not qualified and not very easy to deal with. Just had a very bad shopping experience with him and wasted a lot of time because of him

Great customer service store is stocked

This store is well run and organized and the people there are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help find what you're looking for. They helped me and made some great suggestions. I'm making them my go-to Home Depot!
