This store is very neat and the employees are very eager to help. I can always find what I need at a good price.

Always happy to go there and spend my money. I bring in my puppy some times at night and they love him there.

I live near the Colonial Heights Home Depot. It is never a "chore" to make a quick trip because I can park, find things and know that the employees walking throughout will help if I need it. Nice store and people!!!

Not enough employees to help customers in the departments. I finally just gave up....I’ll shop where there is customer service and can receive help

The female employee in the paint dept. was rude and lazy.Spent 15 minutes talking to a male friend while her customers were waiting to pick up their paint. She was awful.Employees like that are the reason a business gets a bad reputation.

Very clean and customer service is great

Employees are not knowledgeable of ordering process for specialized appliances. They did not inform ne that product may not be available. I would not have purchased item if I was aware that it was unavailable and would come directly from manufacturer.

i enjoy shopping in the garden area. Alot of flowers trees scrubs and much more

JJ Merlot went above and beyond in helping me find my list, for which most items I knew nothing about. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative and answering all my questions and making giving me enough time to confirm the correct items on my list. JJ's help ensured I saved so much time that it intern increased my productivity for the week. JJ's high level of motivation and positivity made this the best experience at a Home Depot that I've ever experienced. Truly recommend.

People friendly

This visit was the worse the cashier was not in a good mood today and if you ask me should have stayed home today.

I have been watching " Todays Homeowner with Danny Lipford" and I have become very impressed with the products he uses and reviews and the Home Depot he goes in. Your GOOD but not excellent. The biggest problem with your store is the lumber area.

A great store with great staff

As far as the store's physical attributes... run of the mill H.D store ... The staff is what makes this location the Home Depot to shop. They are helpful , most are knowledgeable, and they are usually easy to spot in the aisles.... no running around trying to find customer service .

Customer service is excellent

I love Home Depot period.

Way too warm in the store - hands down the most reluctant store chain (I'm told HVAC is "centrally managed") to make use of air conditioning versus anywhere else I shop. It's a "home improvement" store, enabling, catering to, and encouraging the sort of efforts that often result in sweating, and yet there is very little relief from heat in the store. Seriously, I'd GO to a store that put out a commercial as thus: guy and his wife, working and sweating away on a project together, needing to run to the store one more time for that forgotten critical little thing, the wife joining her husband as he gets into his vehicle and remarking how she wants to take a break too, showing utter relief from their exhaustion upon entering the store, remarking at how nice it is to go to a comfy cool store, maybe trying out some patio furniture, closing the commercial with something like "Home Depot - there's no reason to sweat the small stuff".
