Employee was very rude and made my entire Home Depot experience awful. He was very rude and I am Not coming back to this location

Customer Service was wonderful about solving my problem with a credit. Went above & beyond to resolve my problem. Were so friendly & helpful. Love shopping at Home Depot.

We are just moving to the Colorado Springs area and we were helped by multiple employees like Chimako, Elle & Olivia that made arrangements to get a patio table and 4 chairs delivered to us. They also told us about getting $50 off for signing up for a Home Depot Card when spending over $300 and free delivery. We were also told about paying and extra $20 to get it delivered during hours that was best for our schedule! The manager that approved our discounts was very personable too!

Picked up my garden starters today. Cashier Char is a keeper! SO helpful!!!!!

Great store to shop at. We find that The Pueblo Home Depot has what we need for our handyman and flooring business as the store is well stocked and orderly. The Staff have experience in the departments that they work in and have great advice on how to do something and what tools or products would help best in doing a particular job.

John, in the garden department, was one of the best employees we have come into contact with at this store. He went out of his way to assist us. He made us feel valued as customers. Great shopping experience!

99% of all materials and products I purchase at Home Depot are much higher quality than like store’s with a much higher verity

We visited the garden center after work this past week. The team that was working in the center were AWESOME! They stayed with us and answered all our questions. They looked items up on line to give us the best information they could. We will definitely be back to this location. Thank you!

If your looking for Fasteners hit John up in that Department. He is VERY knowledgeable. If they have it he'll find it. VERY Polite, Kind while Listening to You the Consumer's needs.

When we first went there to get the Storm door replaced, the first guy wasn't sure how to do that but got someone else to help and that was ok, we got a call back the following day and the contractor came out and he measured and everything was good with that, he said he'll put the paperwork in and within a few days we'll get a call back. Never got a call, a week later we called Home Depot twice and both times was hung up on. We went there and no one was at the Doors area and they even called but no one came. An employee apologized and directed us to Clay at the Pro Service Desk. He was amazing and we was helped quickly and was very helpful. Other than that its fine

Employees were friendly but untrained and not pro-active. After 11 days I finally got an invoice which was more than 20% HIGHER than the estimate due to errors they made: all materials not included, tax not included, products not available and not likely to be available. It took 2 visits of several hours each and a good dozen phone calls during which I was repeatedly given inaccurate information and none of the employees were willing or able to do more than the bare minimum. Basic response was just continue to wait no matter how long it takes. I will not be having my kitchen update done at Home Depot.

Staff friendly and willing to help. Store clean and in order. the Appliance Specialist, Darrlyn Jones was especially helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in helping us choose and purchase a refrigerator.

05/14/21 for monthssss I was searching for a Carport and each company said there was a 3 to 4 month waiting list and I took a chance and went to Home Depot and the employee said yes we have carports and took me to SHOW ME the carports in the store and I was like what???? no more searching online and calling companies for a carport.. Home Depot has carports IN THE STORE, it was Amazing!!!!!! I was so happy I can't even tell you.... months of searching for a carport and Home Depot had it IN their store ready for purchase, yeh!!!!!! For me = It was truly a Miracle, the search for my carport is over! The store was exceptionally clean and every employee was ready to help, very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about everything and will STOP what they are doing to show you where a product is in the store and loads the car up for you, what an amazing team and great products at Home Depot, yahooo!!!! what a wonderful store!!!! Thank you Home Depot, thank you sooooooooooooooooooo much for selling carports, yeh!!!

All employees there are great, haven't had a bad experience yet, but Rick gave Exceptional customer service. The store is always stocked and clean.

My shopping experience was made perfect today due to two employees. Dyrk assisted me on the floor with reducing my search time by many minutes. He actually helped me twice, once in apron, once out of apron. That told me he isn’t an orange robot, he is naturally passionate about customer service. Tina is the second person that made my shopping experience spectacular today. She is who I checked out with. I usually go through the self checkouts but was invited to go through her line cheerfully and with sincere desire to be of service to me. I have a feeling there is a culture at this particular Home Depot that breeds and cultivates customer service representatives instead of time clock punchers and paycheck takers. Passion can’t be clocked in or out of. It’s a character quality that I had the pleasure of witnessing today.

Needed a new washer and dryer and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of the various products. Assisted me with ordering the appliances and setting a delivery time. The whole ordeal only took 30 minutes! Very satisfied!

People are always friendly and friendly and helpful. Plus the are real close to home. Some days I may be in there 3 or 4 times. Just bad planning on my part though.

I had a great customer service experience! John, the supervisor at hardware, is very professional about helping. He shared his knowledge about the tools, gave me some recommendations, and walked around with me to look at the products. I was honestly very impressed. Also, my sales cashier, was sommuch help as well. Leticia showed great customer service by helping me sign up for the credit card. Because of these two amazing people I plan to come back again. Seriously, I HIGHLY recommend visiting this location! You will be taken care of. Have a wonderful day!
