Andy O. has been my cashier multiple times, and every single time he is pleasant, personable, and friendly! He always has something nice to say when I enter and always makes it a point to say something nice when I leave.

Janine and Dom were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my requests. It was so comforting to have two young employees who really cared about their customers!

I had a great experience at Home depot in Cranberry twp. Eric Love was the sales person who helped me with the flooring product and installation. Eric listened and understood my requirements. He is diligent, patient and great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I get the products I needed for the installation. We went over the order multiple times but he was always courteous. Due to my great experience, I will definitely go to home depot for all my home service needs in the future.

Bought multiple locks from multiple companies from Home depo. Very few stores offer locks rekeyed. Very happy with the result.

Meredith took care of us In returns and was very helpful in ordering an online only item for us. She was patient, kind, thorough, and friendly. She would be an asset to any employer. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and we were lucky to have Meredith take care of us.

Several staff members were involved in our quest to purchase vinyl flooring, kitchen appliances, windows, etc. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I understand that the policy of The Home Depot is not to take reservations for the blown in insulation machine. This is a huge mistake in that if a person buys the insulation and can not get the machine in a timely manner then what good is the purchase. Re-Evaluate this practice so that in the future both products are linked together for the customers convenience.

Just bought paint today,,,and hope the paint that we bought will cover our old paint with just one coat

Great customer service from Elena G. on my custom cabinet order. She did a great job working around the specs for my wet bar and went through numerous iterations and changes before I finally settled on a design. Very kind and friendly and easy to work with and they were a good deal for a big box/cabinet order.

Jack in the appliance department is by far and away the best employee/customer service we have received in quite a long time. He made the process of purchasing a new stove and microwave quick and easy all the while treating us as friends not just customers.

Brought damaged hardwood floor and the Operations Manager when out of his way to correction the situation. His communication and understanding of my complaint and the way he handled it was outstanding. Home Depot is the only place I will ever shop for home projects because of the great customer service not only by floor employees but the Upper management as well. Great job by all and I truly appreciate everyone's effort.

All the sales incentives are great. When it came down to purchasing the carpet, it took me over 2 hours to complete my purchase sitting inthe carpet department while the sales person (Eric)(knowledgeable) was tied up on the phone with corporate. Be weary of the fine print around furniture moving and warranty. I hope the installation experience is better.

The Cranberry Township Home Depot has very friendly store associates. They take the time to help you and they are extremely kind.

The store is generally 4+ stars but the parking lot is in serious need of repair. I use their electric carts and have gotten stuck on several occasions and had to ask for help when the power wheels were stuck in a crack or pothole.

I was very surprised and happy when I walked in and I was greeted by two people and they asked me if I needed help finding anything,then the one guy took me to the location I needed to go and then the next product and then told me where I could find the last thing I needed.The stor was neat and clean and the prices were good.

Excellent employee attitudes and service. Employees usually will offer their assistance before you ask.

Everyone is always so very friendly and helpful... Seems like the staff gets along with each other. I like this store
