I stopped at this Home Depot because I was in the area. I couldn’t believe how much friendlier the employees were here then other Home Depot’s I have shopped at.

Jayne in the appliance section was so kind and knowledgeable. She was quick to help us find the perfect dishwasher

We knew that the dishwasher we wanted was out of stock and has been since the pandemic started, but really needed a new Dishwasher. Jayne was very helpful and Knowledgeable on the different types of dishwashers and features. She helped us make the best choice without pushing us to buy one or buying the most expensive. (Cost wasn't going to be an issue for us) She provided personal and expert opinions on the dishwashers, and doubled checked ones she knew were going to be out of stock.

Brandy (mgr), Austin (tool mgr), and Alex (tool employee) are awesome people. If you ever have an issue speak to them.

Jayne was our customer service help and she was awesome

Carly was super friendly and made me laugh.

After shopping for an hour and a half picking out flowers, vegetables, and planters, cashier Wayne in Dawsonville said my military ID was not enough proof that my husband served in the USAF for 20+ years. I need to download the HD app to prove it. I had military ID, USAA credit card and drivers license he could've verified and scanned the barcode.

No customer service from employees just excuses. What a pathetic joke.

I am npt a fan of Big Corporations, but Home Depot consistently stands out as a place I enjoy going to - BECAUSE I ALWAYS HAVE THE MOST EXCELLENT EXPERIENCES WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES! It is just a joy to interact with the men and women that work at the Dawsonville store! Professsional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, excellent work ethic, clearly enjoy being at work (something very rare in this world today). Happy Easter to you all! And God Bless the entire Home Dept Team!

Associates very helpful! Mark in Hardware and Don the cashier were both knowledgable and personable! Good energy going on in this store!

Cisco in the paint department knows what good customer service is all about!! He spent a good amount of time helping us with a paint crisis. He showed us many options and we ultimately made a different purchase and had our solution!! Cisco saved us from a bigger problem and he is a really nice guy too!! It seemed that every customer passing his counter knew him as they waved and said hello. Cisco gets a 5 star review from us!!

As a contractor this store is always running low on supplies, not sure if that’s a good thing for them but it makes it harder for me because i have to go to cummings home depot to get supplies. Everytime i check out at the contractor side the cashiers seem to be annoyed to be at work.

I'm building onto my home and need exterior doorknobs and locks. Everything was stocked and was easy for me to find and navigate through. From the moment I walked in, I never felt lost in finding anything. Every corner had an employee that made my mission important. I would recommend this store to EVERYBODY!! Also..... Ed on Aisle 13 was Amazing!! Very knowledgeable about products and genuinely wanted to help! Helped me find the perfect doorknobs and locking systems for my home. Even rekeyed exterior locks with 1 key!!! He really exemplified what customer service should look like!

We are having a house built & the Pro Desk in Dawsonville Ga was wonderful!! Prices were great....employees are professional, kind & knowledgeable. I will recommend & continue to shop Home Depot. Keep doing what you're doing because it works!

I travel and frequent this Home Depot as well as the one in cumming, Ga. However this Home Depot seems to ALWAYS have what I need in the moment. I will always shop here!

Train staff for the love of everything holly. They are great people but pure computer training is not enough. I have to literally show them how to do things because I have had that many issues. I know how to do it myself at this point!

I recently found 1 of 4 bathroom faucets I had purchased 3 yrs ago that (unbeknownst to me) was never installed in my Aunt’s house, as planned. Having no need for it, I tried to return it. While I had the receipt for the unopened faucet, they couldn’t accept it because it wasn’t in the system anymore. The manager offered the faucet sales price off another item just to keep a good customer happy. That is how business should be done!! And she let me keep the faucet since they couldn’t return it to inventory, which I was able to gift to friend in need. Thank you THD!

Customer service is awesome!!!!

Every time I go to this store early in the day. There are no self checkouts open and few registers open causing long waits

I needed help in plumbing aisle and was greeted promptly and helped. I checked out and also was greeted and spoke to very kind like she really cared about my shopping experience. ( DAWN ).
