The check out is a joke. I was chastised as I didn’t want to use self checkout. The employees supervising this part of the store need pay attention to the customers at self checkout and not stand around joking and playing with each other.

The employees are always helpful, they don’t just tell you what isle an item is on they take the time to show you. Easy to talk to and seem to be knowledgeable and or willing to go the extra step to look up this for you.

The associates are extremely friendly and helpful. We specifically were in the door area and bought a new front door. The associate who helped us was thourough and extremely knowledgeable about the products and the process in general. We are very thankful to have gone to this specific Home Depot because of this individual. We received amazing customer service that you quite often don't see this day and time.

Great Store. Even though I reside in Ormond Beach, I prefer going to Daytona because of the variety of products and attention provided to the customer.

This Home Depot location has some of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and personable staff of any locations I have shopped. I have been a frequent customer getting my new home like I want it. From complex countertop/sink orders, custom blinds, Tile, Fridge, Washer Dryer, to specialty hardware for swinging hammock chairs, the staff has gone above and beyond to help. The store is clean and just has a good vibe!

A great place to shop with good customer service.

An appliance specialist greeted us and helped us compare refrigerators even when we were clearly "just looking." She was so nice we came back later to buy the refrigerator she helped us pick out on the website and she remembered us. She was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and attentive. She was patient throughout the long process to open a Home Depot credit account. We got her card and I would definitely go to this store to work with her the next time I am looking for appliances.

Did three new constructions in 2020 got almost everything from this store with just a few glitches. Needed to order blocks came in the store earlier in the year Scot and Justin at the pro desk were so busy i had to order from Mershmire ended up paying more. The store needs help during peak hours!

This store was clean and well stocked. All the employees were helpful and pleasant. Dani in the kitchen appliances made our visit a very pleasant one and she was more than helpful. We wish there were mor employees like Dani.

This store has some of the most incompetent people and their stocking levels and assortment sucks.

Not the worst store.

I was disappointed this one time after Thanksgiving. Went online to check on product I needed and the site showed them in the store. So, I drive to the store and they are not on shelf. Got someone to help and he said they were probably out. I got back home and checked online again to make sure I had the correct store and it showed they had more than one of the items in the store. Home Depot been slacking lately when it has come to me. Usually have what I'm looking for.
