Decent store. Lacking in some items.

Out of all the home depots, I must say this is the most and less stressful to shop and visit. The parking lot and the way is set up is superb .Staff is usually helpful and most of the inventory is available.

Can't complain, in and out, friendly staff, what more can be said?

Went to self checkout with cash and the cashier demetria helped me to check out at the correct machine.

Customer service agents Nivia and Victor were really helpful. Acknowledged my concern about the product I was returning, and pointed out about another product that could work to my expectation and needs. The outside garden cashier was very confrontational, disrespectful and unprofessional, she was reported to the supervisor

Never have had a bad experience besides inconsiderate customers. I love the lockers and wish they expanded them. Lately they've been full making me stop and wait in line at the service desk which kinda defeats the purpose of onlune shopping.

Ive gone through Home Depot in Hialeah, Flagler, etc and usually you can't find a certain trim/molding or Pressure-treated wood of 1x3 is mostly difficult to find but at the Deerwood location we have never had an issue getting things in stock.

I had the pleasure to meet Clyde and Josh in the plumbing department today. The both helped me to find some specific items for my outdoor kitchen. Clyde was so knowledgeable and professional and in a matter of minutes found what I needed after having a short conversation with our plumber. Thanks for your help guys, you truly made a difference!!

I been shopping in Homedepot for years expending a lot of money I never had the experience I had today the worse and si embarrassing, the cashier next to my cashier who take care me was so disrespectful with me and he embarrassed me in front of everyone make feel like my business with you is nothing and the manager or supervisor was there and saw how he disrespectful he was never did anything I have to request another manager.

I know that is rare that one equates Home Depot with great customer service but I think they are coming around. I met one person today, whose name I will keep to myself if not he will get inundated with request, who was excellent. Saved me money and new what he was talking about.
