The Durango Home Depot is a busy place. Overall, I would rate the employees as caring and dedicated to their jobs. My experience has been if they do not know, they reach out to someone in the store that has a stronger knowledge base.

The employees were not helpful and walk right past you. When requesting service from Cindy, she was rude and seem annoyed that I was requesting service. Her attitude and speech about not having a countertop appointment was as if she was admonishing at child. We drove 120 miles round trip and were not aware that an appointment was needed. This is not posted on the website. I guess they do not care if they get my business and the few thousand dollars that I wanted to spend on a countertop, range and farmhouse sink. Although disobedient to Cindy, I waited for one of the countertop representatives to get done with the customers they were helping. One of the gentleman eventually asked me if I needed help. He was efficient but his demeanor with me (didn't have an appointment) was vastly different than the couple he had helped prior for which I watched him interact with for over 30 minutes. I felt he was annoyed that I waited for him to finish and did not have an appointment. I left feeling very rejected and if I had any other choice without driving further, I would have done so.

The strore is well stocked and a bright spot in shopping in the rural southwest Colorado.

Go to a different store/Home Depot if you can.

There is no customer service at this store. I cannot tell you how many times I've needed help lifting purchases that weighed more than I did and, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, not once, has a store employee been willing to help, presumably because standing around in groups chatting with each other is their primary work activity. Yes, many other customers have helped me move purchases, both in the store, and in the parking lot, but having an employee give a caret about customers being possibly injured or of having a customer's purchase destroyed while attempting to move it as they struggle to move their purchases - no. never, not once in all the time since this store was built, has any employee ever assisted me during hundreds of (unavoidable) trips to this horrid store, despite frequent requests for assistance. In fact, I started driving to Farmington, 50 miles each way, where you can actually sort of achieve customer service in the home despot (or you can go elsewhere) before spending money in this store. It's absolutely horrible.

Store was awesome, Got help from store staff. They were friendly and helpful.

Always clean and well organized. Employees seem to be invested in the store and really want to be helpful.

I had an awesome shopping experience today .... It makes you feel good when employees are friendly.

If you need help with doors, see Nancy Hamond. That lady will go out of her way to help you get what you need.

Out of stock and wrong items in bin caused overcharges. Was not an experience I wish to repeat.

Every time I shop Durango home depot I am impressed with the customer service and friendliness of the employees. sometimes there not enough employees for the customer load but they are always willing to help when they are free.

I've had only one bad experience in this store...and they made it right! :)

I stopped to see what Home Depot had to offer for windows and the gentleman showed me to where i would find the windows and proceeded to show me the material I would need for my project. everything I needed was well stocked, and most employees seem to know their areas for assistance finding specific types of things ( :

This location is so nice to shop at. Everything is well organized and clean, and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Raymond M is particularly helpful and made our shopping so much easier with his knowledgeable help. Thanks Raymond!

The only thing that keeps this store from being 5-Star is it's size. It is the smallest H.D. I've ever shopped in, and small quantities of merchandise seem to be crammed in everywhere.

I have always been very pleased when shopping at this store. Sales people are friendly and willing to help.

Today's experience was great by the staff and the greater is so nice. I recommend this store as staff helps with every need. If they dont have product they will find it and get it to you as fast as they can. Thank you HOME DEPOT.

No enforcement of masks. Go shop somewhere else locally that cares more about the wellbeing of their employees and customers.

Even short staffed during the pandemic, help was available in every dept. It's great to get home repair items and Christmas gifts all in one stop.
