The entire staff were fantastic and helpful. Especially front end cashier Cid! She gave World Class Customer Service and had such a great attitude. She clearly enjoys working at Home Depot!

I came to the store for a specific paint that I needed for a project I was in the middle of. The store was super busy, but an associate named Kathleen helped me find what I needed (it showed in stock but hadn’t been unloaded from pallets at the back of the store) and even though she was super busy, she went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Other people were asking her questions and she went back to help them after she helped me. This specific store is always busy, but there are more items in stock compared to other Home Depot stores in my area. With the increased in stock items and employees like Kathleen that go above and beyond, this is my primary store now.

I purchased 4 40lbs bags of rock salt. The employees always ask to help load my vehicle. Trent helped load. He was efficient. Alyssa is also a very helpful conscientious employee

Cynthia was the best representative that Home Depot would want to have. Not only knowledgeable at her position, but friendly, customer oriented, caring and educating. It's so great to watch someone, who loves their job so much, they want other to know - by taking time to be the best representative of the company.

I purchased an LG refrigerator from Home Depot and couldn’t be happier with the model and that it was in stock. The delivery was timely, the plumber was reliable and haul away service much appreciated.

We were really lucky to have 4 awesome workers helping us in plumbing ~Joel Mike Z in painting; Andon in checkout; and Renandoes who helped us put a toilet in our car! These workers stand out in a time when you cannot find good help!! Hold onto them‼️

This is the only store that carries solar salt for my water conditioner. Great customer service (even though the "guidelines" say not to mention customer service?

Busy Saturday morning but NO cashier in garden center. Cashier cage was closed. Self checkouts in GC had long lines, customers seemed confused with procedures. Self checkouts don't work well with items that are not easily scannable (e.g.) bricks, mulch bags. Had to give up on planned GC purchases. Made some purchases inside store. Inside checkout was OK.

The store is located near us and is well staffed and clean. We were able to order our product with assistance from your store employee Steve Quigley. He did a great job and wasted no time helping us find what we needed.

Another great shopping experience at this particular Home Depot; due to the exceptional customer service! THERESA went above & beyond to help me with my shopping needs....even walked me to the correct isle and got my merchandise! Wow! A HUGE improvement in the store!

A great shopping experience today at this Home Depot!. An exceptional employee ENDANG went above & beyond today with great customer service. by walking all the way to my vehicle and unloading the flatbed. ZOE, another employee assisted me at the checkout (without asking). Customer service has improved at this particular store. Eric and Ethan also assisted me with my shopping needs.

Cashier Roy was pleasant & helpful.I asked the flooring person if she could get someone to help get case of flooring because it was too heavy for me.She clapped back, "you have a cart?" I got a cart & she put the case in my cart & said "there you go." Her customer service or lack thereof ended there. Roy ensured someone went & put it in my car & was apologetic for the lack of customer service I received in flooring.We need 175 cases. If she is your only rep that day,l'll go to another HD. I gave it an EXCELLENT RATING because Roy made it such and I don't feel a review mentioning someone who did their best to make up for another employee's poor attitude should be less than Excellent, but if my review was based on my interaction in flooring, it would be POOR. I will avoid having to deal with the same flooring employee on my return visit for the remaining flooring cases or go to another HD.

Marsha at store #6319 University Park was outstanding. She helped with check out questions, explained military discount procedures, gift card usage. Her willingness to help and offered additional information was great! She represents Home Depot well!

One employee, Sal, was exemplary. He answered all my questions. He also saved me a lot of time by directing me to the exact areas where I needed to go. The store is clean and has loads of products on the shelves.

Great customer experience. A young man named Grant helped me find all that I needed. I highly recommend this store to anyone doing DIY home repair and those DIY Mechanics looking for tools to complete car repairs as well. Great place to shop. I would like to see more customer service like Grant's throughout the store though, because some employees, were a little distant and not as helpful when I tried to get their attention. My over all experience though was made all the better by Grant who helped me complete 98% of my shopping singlehandedly!!! I would have gotten 100% of my shopping list purchased, but was limited due to finances. I will have to return next week to buy the last item, when I have more money. But over all. Grant did an exceptional job, and the cashier Kourtney was very courteous. Great job, Grant and Kourtney!
