I have been going to this particular location for several years. I have to tell Management how impressed I am with a particular employee of your store. His name is Augusto Gonzalez and he is always there to help load materials into the vehicles. He’s always very positive and extremely helpful. He’s an excellent employee and I feel you guys need to recognize him.

Never fails everytime at this location. Can't find any help, the actual associates walk the other way when they see a customer. (I have video of such to prove)

Very happy with the in-store experience. sad I live so far from it. Will come here more often. in-store stock was very good, had a large variety of items

There was a young lady by the name of sandree she was very very helpful she made my experience feel like home very professional in she would not stop helping I really appreciate her I went in looked for the manger myself I ended up talking to the Assistant manager on her behalf she really was awesome I really want her to get acknowledged she was great

Your check out process need to be addressed. Very uncomfortable line process to go thru an pay.

There’s definitely a shortage on either supplies or employees to stock the shelf’s. No one seems to be able to direct the self check out line. Customer service is a mess. Drive to a different location if you can.

This store constantly reports incorrect inventory back to the web/app. The system thinks there is inventory and directs web/app orders to the store for pick-up or delivery when no product exists and no way to override and pick from another store with inventory. The last attempted order has been placed and canceled four times and is still not resolved but each time ties up funds on credit card while waiting for charges/refunds to be processed. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

Shopped there on 10/25/21 with a very unusual project. I had to build a shower costume for Halloween out of PVC pipe. Edson went way above and beyond to help me achieve it. Such amazing customer service! And I won the costume contest! Thank you Edson for making my project even better than i imagined! :)

The exterior of the store and parking areas, including the parking garage are derelict.

I was there to rent a trenching machine. They had a beast of a machine called a Ground Hog T-4 for about $100 a day. We trenched 140 feet 12" deep in about 3 hours. Rodney, in tool rentals, was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating the safe operation of this powerful machine. Home Depot is the first place I go when I need to rent equipment. I have never been disappointed!

After 3 days, a tray of flowers I purchased all died. I did plant them with some other flowers that are all doing well. At first a few died and I threw them away, a day later the rest died and I tried to return them to Home Depot. With the receipt and 8 out of 12 dead flowers I was told no credit will be allowed since i didn't have all 12...... Horrible customer service.

Was there at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. Got what I needed and when I went to check out the only lanes that were open were self check out. The young lady there was almost rude telling me to use the self check out or go someplace else in the store. Never did like using the main check out there, always liked the garden shop check out, but that is now closed.
