I was pleasantly surprised re the level of customer service at this Home Depot store.

I brought in a broken custom blind/shade that was purchased 15 years ago from Home Depot. Shareese my Home Depot customer service person was able to easily replicate and order a exact replacement. It was fast, quick, and easy. It was an excellent customer experience.

Store was clean, easy to find. Stacy F in customer svc. was friendly, knowledgable, precise. An asset to this store.

Sales associates and store manager tried to help but was not able to tell me exact location of the product I was looking for. Other than that, it was clean.

Fast, efficient and friendly.

I have had good luck ordering window coverings from Home Depot in the past, but this last experience has been very frustrating. I don't blame the sales person as she tried really hard to do her job. However, she did not have the proper training to be alone in the department and she needed to ask for a lot of help. In the end the order was not placed properly, causing me to visit the store repeatedly to get the job done as calling the store was useless. No one would ever call back.

Staff is very friendly. Clean store. We needed help with a broken bed. The staff went above and beyond, finding what is needed.

The East Palo Alto Home Depot has been my go-to store for years. Most of the time I've had good customer service. On this occasion I had excellent service with a new employee, Jenelly. She was very concientence and took the time to check with more experienced people and I applaud her for that. She wanted to be sure everything on the order was correct.

Overall I enjoyed this store

The store lost my fire pit after purchasing it the day before. They were going to put it in will call until I was able to pick it up with a friends truck. When I return the very next day, they could not find it in will call or anywhere else in the store ,the merchandise had disappeared . It was a floor model ,already assembled fire pit. There are no more because it is a seasonal item, and I was told they would not be replenishing any more of these the entire summer so I am out my fire pit and the store lost it , can’t find it , somebody took it apparently ,and this unacceptable!

I usually have a good experience at my East Palo Alto store, but on this one visit I was really helped by a woman in the garden center. Her name is Lucy and I want to give a shout out to her. I needed some very heavy mulch bags and I couldn't manage it myself. She got a card for me, loaded the bags onto the cart, assisted me at check out and then loaded these heavy bags into the back of my car. She was fun as well as professional. So the next time I come to the garden center I will be looking for her.

Te nursery area was organized and nicely sorted with lots of plants. Easy to find and nice staff.

Unfriendly, knowledgeable of basic in general, and sometimes rude. Questioned my validity of serving in Military, US Army Reserve for 13 years and honorably discharged 24 years ago, so my Id is an older version than todays. The Cashier, Marcos, wanted to hold and examine my ID, questioned if fake. I showed to him, but did not want him to touch assuming store Virus protocols should be enforced and common sense. Can't find anyone to help in many depts. One time after they called over load speaker for help, took 30 min. and other attempts to get Door and Window rep to help, Also, my wife says she will never go there again. Last experience she felt service was not as good, disrespectful, because she is a woman. Also, Let male customer cut in line in front of her, cashier just shrugged off when she said she was next and complained. Window covering woman is friendly and knowledgeable, so I recommend her. The Home Depot Store has everything you need for upgrading your landscaping needs. That was my shopping experience for today.I tend to shop more for remodeling my home. Every time I shop at this location I'm happy to walk out with what I need in hand. Great parking, great associate, great products and over all great experience. Plenty of products in stock.
