I was helping a friend get her hundred-year-old bungalow spiffed up to host a book-club party that she was anxious about. Being an old house, there are always plumbing and wiring issues, so she had collected several holes in the wall that were made to get access for repairs. The walls were all very custom colors that were painted about twenty years ago, so we relied on the paint department (Brady, Scott and Neil were the ones that helped on this) to try to color-match the paint so we could make spot repairs, since painting the whole house was out of budget and schedule. I brought paint chips in for scanning, and each time when I put the paint on the wall it was close but there was a noticeable difference. Each time I brought in photographs of the results, and whether it was Brady, Scott, or Neil, they warned me that what I was asking for might not be possible, but they would try their best. And each time the colors matched perfectly! My client was thrilled that her house looked so good for the party and the repairs were literally invisible!

Chris went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and ready to go. Richard helped me find solutions and provided several options on top of that. Both of these guys are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Chris is truly the best manager I've met at any Home Depot. Their dedication and exceptional service made a huge difference in my experience.

Juanita at the self-checkout was so helpful. She made my day on Christmas Eve helping me complete my order so that I could meet a deadline and purchase what I needed to complete a job before the Christmas break.

I purchased a garbage disposal and had Home Depot arrange for the installation. "Superior Water and Air" called me and arranged to have the installers to my home on 11-29-23 between 8:00AM and 12:00PM. Superior never called me to confirm the appointment the day/s before and arrived after 2:00PM. The installers were polite and completed the job, but Superior charged me $400.00. This was way too much money and Home Depot should evaluate finding other qualified installers, who would be willing to conduct installations at a reasonable price.

Go see Richard in the garden department Home Depot - Highland Drive. So smart!

Richard was beyond helpful and sound solutions for everything that came up. He took the time and save me a ton of time. I won’t go to any other Home Depot after this experience.

Great location, and if you get the right employees to help you it can be quick and painless. Ray (in electrical) and Mike (in management) are a good place to start. They were awesome and sincere.

The cashiers greeted me and asked if they could help me find something. They even offered to get me a cart! You should definitely give all the cashiers a raise, especially Eric.

I brought in my broken pressure washer wand with the intentions of buying an entire new one and to my amazement an employee showed me how it came apart and directed me to the specific piece i needed saving me money.

I appreciate the fast, friendly service when I shop at HD. I have a pro-account, and working on a big project. No hassle returns, product availability, and knowledgeable employee's are important to efficient time management. I appreciate Leon at the So Salt Lake store who went out of his way to help me find a needed product.

Went looking for several items that local store didnt have and found them here. Lana was great in helping me find everything I needed with the friendliest accent.

Hard to find anyone to help. Once they took our money, they REFUSE to help with issues with the machine. They say it's Samsung's responsibility. Still can't use our washer. Service at this Home Depot doesn't exist. If you go here, lube up your butt before you go in.

Always seems to be restocking in many aisles when ever I visit. Unless I go very early there are too many dogs.

Today was my worst and best experience at Home Depot! Thanks to Macky saving the day and making up for the worst customer service I received from another employee! Jakob at check out was great too! Because of both Macky and Jakob, I will return to this Home Depot! All employees should give everyone the same service I received from Macky and Jakob today!

I was planting a garden and didn't know how or what I needed. The Home Depot employees, in the garden area, were so helpful. I spoke with different ones explaining my goal and the information they gave me about different products was wonderful. It's been a few weeks and the garden looks amazing. Thank you Home Depot Garden Center Employees you are fantastic with your gardening and landscaping knowledge.

I wanted to call out excellent customer service I received from Alyssa at the Millcreek Home Depot

This location seems a bit smaller than other Home Depot locations I've been to, but everyone was nice and helpful.

This location is the best! Always friendly and competent service and they have a very good inventory. Their staff always seems on a mission to make your shopping experience stellar! This is the only place we shop for all our home improvement projects.

I needed to replace some locks. Two separate employees offered to assist and one in particular spent several minutes crafting a solution. This was a very good experience up to this point, but it got better. The second employee didn't quit when the sale was made, but went on to search inventory to find me a better solution, which she proposed and I accepted before checking out. The solution was not only more perfect for me mechanically, it saved me time and money. Then when I got home, I couldn't find some duplicate keys, which I also had made, so I called the store to see if they had been left behind or found in the parking lot. When no keys could be found, the store offered to replace them for free. There's not a single thing they could've done more to make this a better shopping experience. Every employee genuinely wanted to help and put my needs first.

Walking into Home Depot the other day was a great experience as I was treated by all associates of walked past me ask me if I needed anything or if they could help me find me anything when I did make a purchase Jennifer was the cashier who helped me and she was awesome she greeted me with a smile and prayed enthusiasm as she seemed to really love her job. She thanked me and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me and invited me back.

SueLi did a fantastic job of making sure that my carpet runner was ringed up correctly, and she answered all of my questions very well.

Today, I purchased a Toro 1-stage Snowblower. I dealt with two employees and, from start to finish, I was treated with attention, care, and respect. Both employees were very personable and willing to answer any questions I had and, to their credit, candidly, which I have always come to expect and admire about Home Depot employees. By the time I made my purchase, I was fully informed and confident about my choice. Home Depot has never let me down throughout the 30+ years of my patronage. Will I return? Of course. Will I recommend Home Depot to friends and acquaintances? No question.

I asked for help from the bald man in paint and he REFUSED to help me. HE WAS CONDESCENDING AND MEAN. Now the real superstar is BOB IN ELECTRIC. I had to seek out someone to freaking help me find another can of spray paint (cause you know you want the colors the same!!!) and Bob helped me look for 10 mins. Talk about a person who has a soul and actually RESPECTS people. He reminded me of my dad and why I used to love Home Depot so much. Shout out to him! Screw the fat @ $ $ bald man in Painting.
