I have been shopping here for years. I generally prefer a small family-owned hardware store, but it's hard to beat the greater selections available at Home Depot. Some employees have been very helpful, but others, not so much. I find the employees standing around at the checkout to be unnecessary, and I frankly would prefer to not have to engage with them. I rarely need help checking out. If I can't find anything, I can go find someone to help me.

Loved the over all experience, good pricing, friendly staff, customer service helped and suggested me goods, easy checkout process hassle free.

I found all kinds of deals for gifts, and myself. Friendly and helpful employees. I was greeted and offered assistance through out the store. I like the feel of this store. Store is clean and easy to use a cart through alises.

I was looking for bathroom floor tile. I was so happy to find exactly what I was looking for and the price was well below a competitor's price. They have a large assortment to choose from. It was in and out, no long lines, great folks who are very knowledgeable. Home Depot is now my go-to store. Thanks HOME DEPOT!

In trying to find an item, no fewer than 5 employees that helped me were all friendly and professional. I was greeted by 2 helpful young men when I entered the store, and they pointed me in the right direction. Could not find the item, so a customer service rep looked it up on her computer, found the item was in stock, and then escorted me to where it should have been located. Still could not find it, so she hunted down a manager and his assistant who took the time to figure out that the item we were looking for was a seasonal item and was included in a recent delivery to the store. JR, the manager, was insistent that he would find it, and he did after checking 10-15 pallets and their contents. Really appreciate the effort made by all involved.

Leanne in the flooring department was efficient, professional, friendly, and made ordering our carpet a pleasant experience!

David, the cashier helped me greatly. I was having difficulty using the HD app to avail myself of the military discount. I think it was an issue with my phone rather that an issue with the app. In any case, David took the time to figure it out for me and get everything working so I could get the military discount. I really appreciate his help; he saved me a few bucks! David was also very courteous and patient with me the entire time.

Eagan home depot far exceeds any other home depot inhale shopped at. Every employee has always been kind and helpful and remained very professional

The exemplary service was initially at the West St. Paul Store with Stephen. He was very helpful. I made the repurchase at Eagen as it was closest on my way home from work. The employees there were also very helpful .

Looked up what I needed and found it right away.

If you need help with paint or deck stain, I would highly recommend going to this Eagan Home Depot paint department and asking for Sharon. She is a great resource and knows her stuff.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Best Home Depot I have ever been to!

Kaisen was very helpful with my purchase of a new washer. I had several questions before I made a choice. He was patient, professional, and informative.

Great service in ordering vanity top.

No employees greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything, despite looking right at me, my entire visit. One employee clearly went out of his way to avoid eye contact. Very disappointing! The “attendant” at self checkout was more interested in shooting paper balls into the garbage basket than he was helping customers. Another employee directed a customer to “go look on your phone” about a product (leaf blower) they couldn’t find! The employee acted annoyed they CUSTOMER was asking them for help! TERRIBLE customer engagement throughout the entire store!!

Kaiser helped me buy a washer & dryer...made sure I knew exactly what I was buying, options, and delivery. He was on the phone with another customer when I was looking at what was available. He saw me at another aisle and approached me to offer help, instead of my having to go look for him.

We were needing some lumber cut to size for an interior project and Drew went above and beyond to help us. Every experience at this store has been great. Customer service does matter!

Employee "Kaiser" in the Appliance Department was very helpful in the purchase of our washer & dryer. He knows his department, the appliances, the supply chain issues, what is in stock, what features typically affect decision-making, and is thorough but does not try to "up sell" any features. He listens and is great to work with.

I have been using the Eagan Home Depot for over 18 years now and the customer service this store has been providing doesn’t disappoint!

Assistant manger name tony is very rude and talk really loud , but the cashier name Hayden was really helpful you need more workers like him and less Tony’s

I’ve bought this weimann stainless steel cleaner many times before and it works really well for our stainless steel surfaces!

I had to return a defective snowblower and wanted to purchase another one. Tough to find in Minnesota this time of year. Their staff went out of their way calling around and found one for me. Great Job!

Because the thermostat is set in Atlanta, Georgia, I can always count on the store to be toasty warm even when the temperatures outside are minus degrees Fahrenheit. I frequent the store between 6:00- 6:30 am most of the time. It is cold and dark outside but when I step inside your store I know it will be warm.
