Jeffrey at Home Depot straightened out my credit card issue and I was able to purchase my Toro Lawn Moyer without incident. He brought the product out to my vehicle and shook my hand and wished me a great rest of my day. Pleasant experience!!!!

The rep James helped me not only get drywall anchors (and price match them), but he also helped me find plywood and cut them for me! It was a nice experience and I will be back to get more wood cut for my DIY floating shelves.

Needed oddball light bulb (metal Halide). Clerk in the area asked if she could help me locate what I needed, then proceeded to help find it. Checkout clerk very friendly, pleasant conversation, fast and easy process.

Anyone that has a complaint about the level of service from David Allgood, Dianae Shores, and Rachel at the ProDesk are absolutely blowing smoke! Any issues are immediately addressed and in over ten years of shopping there everyday literally, no complaints from me!!!! Great job as always to the ProDesk!!!

The product I tried to buy was time. Don't let their self service check out waste yours.

All of the ladies at checkout have always been helpful but ms. Linda was amazing, I recommend she be the team lead and train all employees on how to interact with customers.

I was able to walk in the store and find what I was looking for the staff was excited to help me out..

We purchased 5 Husky Garage cabinets that were delivered to our home. One was damaged beyond repair by a forklift. We returned the cabinet to the store since we purchased it there and they would not exchange the cabinet because we purchased it on sale and it was no longer on sale. We do not feel we should have been punished for the damaged cabinet. If we would have received 5 good cabinets we would have given 5 stars. One of the other cabinets was also damaged but we didn't realize until it was fully assembled so we kept it. The fork tines creased the sidewall. The cabinets that were not damaged are great cabinets.
