CHRIS is the person that helped me. I needed blocks, boards, and rebar. Hegot everything I needed and took extra effort to make sure the boards were straight and cut currectly.

The employee were very helpful and knowledgeable. Had everything I needed. Thanks and job well done.

The experience my wife and I received today by Sierra N, John O and Chris R is something only written in books and movies made in Hollywood. Home Depot can count themselves honored to have 3 employees that show genuine concern and care for the customer as these 3 showed today.

We came to Home Depot for landscape timbers and an awesome employee named Chris helped me load the lumber cart with 12 landscaping timbers. He was short but his size didn’t stop him from helping me load the cart. He asked if I also needed help loading the truck. What an awesome young man.

My husband and I have started a building project, and it's been a learning curve for sure. Thanks to Floor Associate, Chase in Lumber, and Pro Desk Manager Chris, our experience has been smooth with not only purchasing supplies needed for the project, but making sure we have the right supplies needed. Floor Associate, Chase, goes out of his way to ensure you find exactly what you need, even if you don't know. Pro Desk Manager, Chris, goes above and beyond making sure you know the benefits of the Pro Program and is extremely helpful with signing you up.

Two times I have had leaks in the Plumbing where I live. Both times I went to Home Depot in Easley. The first time I was helped by Bryan and the second time by Keith. Both took their time helping me find the right parts to fix the leaks I had. They are both knowledgeable and very kind. Everyone at this store is humble and hard working.

This store has eveything I am looking for where other stores don't carry all the items at the Easley store.

I needed anchor bolts but home improvement stores closer to home didn't have the product, even though online inventory said they did. After 2 stores closest to home didn't have the product, I called the Easley store to verify availability before driving the distance, and the associate I spoke with took the time to locate the product and set it aside for me at the Pro desk. Once I arrived at the Pro desk, the cashier was pleasant, helpful and fun to talk with. I left with the product I needed and a smile on my face!

I went into the store today to purchase fence brackets and they did not have the size I need it I don’t even know if they make it but one of the employees was helpful gave me some ideas took me to some different options and then the parts that I had to return Shannon at the return desk was pleasant smiling and move the line along quickly very pleasant experience

I buy a lot here and if there’s something that I need to return they are always helpful. Thank you to Donna and the team!

I love this Home Depot, I just wish it was better organized for smaller parts and that products were easier to find. My cashier today was Donna and she was very friendly and helpful.

Good customer service experience and support

every once a while, you visit a Home Depot where the employees seem, overwhelmed and distracted from customer service. That’s not the case with the Home Depot of Easley South Carolina. Most of the employees are eager to help and a lot of them. Have a rich experience base to help educate the customer.

Every Home Depot on the planet should be cloned after this store in customer service, cleanliness, organization and personal eagerness of every associate from the parking lot, in-store, service desk, delivery, rental, cleanup and checkout associates. Just incredible store. I frequent every store in the upstate SC area regularly and Home Depot daily.
