I misjudged quantities of materials on DIY house renovations a few times over the last few months. The customer service personnel at this Home Depot are the most professional, courteous, helpful team. Every time I had to return excess purchases, they always went above and beyond to help and answer any questions. Thank you so much. I will shop here more often even if I have to drive an extra 20 minutes to get here. It's worth it.

I specifically love this location because of the excellent customer service they provide, everyone is nice and very helpful.

Renting a water pump at tool renting department in this store went well above and beyond.

I have been in this store quite a bit this last year, and 90% of all employees are just outstanding especially Mike, Aida. They are the Best.

I received knowledgeable help in the plumbing department. They reviewed my photos & understood what I wanted. No need to return to the store for more or different parts because they advised right the first time!

We desperately needed a new freezer to replace our (fully stocked) dead one, previously owned since 1994. Linda in Appliances at the Valrico location, was both helpful and courteous. By calling several neighboring Home Depot stores on our behalf, she was able to help us locate and purchase exactly what we needed.

Our experience in the lumber department was excellent. It was stocked and the employees were proactive and friendly in assisting us with our purchase.

More of a review on Frank in lawn and garden. Went in looking to buy a lawnmower but had more questions than answers after searching the web. Frank was a wealth of knowledge and described in great detail the pros and cos of each mower out there and helped me get the best price available with different incentives going on at the time.

As long as Michael is working there, the garden shop manager, I will return. This guy is the definition in Webster’s dictionary under the term “customer service”. What a great guy and what personalize service I received. You can be proud as a company that you have this man working for you

I had a terrible experience at this store. The sales person Sarah was inexperienced and arranged for delivery of an item, however did not arrange for all of the necessary steps (haul away and install) so after waiting 2 weeks I had to decline the item and I am now left without a dishwasher. When I contacted the store they indicated there was nothing they could do to assist me other than cancel and restart my order. Very poor customer service overall.

Employees don't want to help. I believe it's because they don't have the answers..our cashier wouldn't look up a price for a pot the succulents we purchased. Said no price on it can't ring it up. Yanked the cart out if our hands causing some succulents to fall and break. Told her paper towels rang up incorrectly. She did nothing about other to ask we're were got them from. Shelve showed 16.97 and rang up 22.97

I recently had a problem with the quality of some tongue & groove pine board I bought online and hed delivered to this store. When I returned the bad material to the store, the clerks apologized for my problem and promptly reordered what I needed without a single issue. The replacements were difficult to find due to Covid but they kept working until the problem was solved. Excellent customer service! Love this store and its people!

This store is great when they aren't busy but getting into and out of their parking lot during peak hours and especially on the weekend is a nightmare. I would recommend going during off peak hours if you are able and also buying your plants early in the week from the garden center as by the end of the week or the weekend they sometimes look a little raggedy.

Built a water tank system that is over $500 online, cost me about $100 with the help of Carlos in the plumbing department. He was very helpful putting all the fittings together and not making me wander through all the boxes of fittings.

Great store, great employees. Wish HD was in my town.

All the staff were helpful, professional and could explain technical information about the products. They spend time assisting you as though you're the only person in the store.

This is a great store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. One needn't search high and low for an associate in order to ask a question. The store is neat, clean and well organized. I will return for all of my household needs. Thank you.

All the carts are broken or wheels coming off. Store always packed and has no carts. Cashier texting on her phone between each customer. Store clearly has no management

Employee Leon wanders around in a hoodie getting paid to do nothing. Doesn’t offer to help customers loading and in fact sat down on a toolbox while watching customers load carts. Even the other employees stated how worthless he is. How does this guy keep a job. He’s unkept, unprofessional, lazy, and a disgrace to anyone who does work properly for their wage. Black female “manager” did nothing. It’s not a wonder he doesn’t do his job, management is disengaged in

Great customer service, great products and Home Depot backs their products. I receive a military discount and am always told "Thank you for your service". That means so much to hear that. Thank You

I did not have my Home Depot credit card with me in which I am an authorized user. The cashier Joanne had me enter my spouses social security number, and I was searching for a photo of my spouses DL. In the interim of me looking for it, she told me I needed to have this figured out before I got to the register but tonight it was okay because they weren’t busy. If I EVER spoke to someone like that at my job, I would be reprimanded. A customer should never be made to feel rushed or uncomfortable. When I speak with guests at my job, even though there may be over 100 guests waiting to speak with someone, the guest I have on the phone is the only one I care about at that time. I was very close to leaving the merchandise and not even purchasing from Home Depot anymore. How dare her scold me for taking up an extra 3 minutes of her time. What if I had a disability that prevented me from doing what she needed me to do in HER time?

This is one home depot location that you can count on for better than average customer service. They continue to exceed my expectations.
