I bought this yesterday - a timer and wall plate for our foyer. The price was fair and the device now installed work well!

Frank in hardware was amazing, he took the time to explain the variety of sanders, their uses and which would fit some upcoming projects I have planned. For someone who is a newbie to this his patience, knowledge and time was appreciated.

Everyone there is nice and friendly. Whoever you ask about a project and what you need to complete it, is very knowledgeable and helpful. And, when you ask someone for the location of a specific item, they walk you to where it is.

During this trip I was for certain screws. Not going to be a large purchase but the assistance was incredible. Listened to what I was doing and assisted me in getting the exact material needed. Saved a lot of time and probably money.

Christina helped me with my returns. I accidentally gave her the wrong barcode and she patiently corrected my mistake. Very professional and personable!

The most properly stocked shelves and pleasant people around

I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience in this Home Depot. The East Northport store is the closest to our home in Dix Hills so my husband and I frequent Home Depot every weekend and some times during the week and each time we’re in the store we are greeted by the employees with a smile and when we ask for help the employees are so eager to show us where to find what we’re looking for.

I’ve been a loyal client since the store opened, I defer to my local hardware store for some purchases out of “small retail”, local loyalty. Obviously for larger home improvement purchases I have chosen my local Homedepot. I always buy my building materials at this store

At Customer Service, Christy was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and her personality was fantastic. She made the shopping experience 1000% better.

Kitchen Cabinetry Design Dept gal, Elizabeth Harmon, was exceptional in creating our new kitchen from our thoughts, into a wonderful design! Miss Harmon was so charming to work with, talented in design formation, and gathered design choices that were spot on to our want list! She gave her time like talking to a good friend, and that made a difference in our choice selections, arrangement of appliances, color variety and great personal attention to detail of our budget. BRAVO, Liz! :)

I purchase a lot of plants and Home Depot has the best and healthiest and always watered

I called ahead to see if our local Home Depot had a holiday plant I wanted to purchase for a gift for Thanksgiving.The employee that answered, at first could not find the product. We hung up, 10 minutes later he called me back to say he had searched the store and had found what I was looking for! His name is Tony, Tony from the Garden dept. I never even gave him my phone number, so he had to look back on my incoming call to find me. He went above and beyond what I expected!

I purchased two Google Nest Learning Thermostats and the receipts do Not have the product model numbers as required to apply for a $200.00 rebate from PSEGLINY.
