That was very unexpectedly pleasant experience shopping at the Edgewood store. I wish more stores were like this. The merchandise was well displayed and organized for easy find. The assistance was easily found and was very helpful. The store is neat and clean. The associates were friendly and helpful.

It was wonderful experience to shop at this store. Easily found products that I was looking for. Like in no other store there many assistants on the floor and they assist you very professionally. The store is impressively clean. Associated are very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I have been clients for over 30 years. Great community store and excellent client experience. Many of my family members are clients as well. Today, I witnessed a young lot employee maybe in his 20’s put about 30 bags of mulch in a very small car. He also loaded my mulch I found him to be approachable and kind. My transaction was on 4/11 at 1:15 please give him recognition for a job well done.

The Edgewood store is always a diamond in the rough! They have things that are tough to find in other local stores and if they don't have them the folks that work at the store are always a big help in finding them at other local stores. There is a cashier here named Demarys who is always such a joy to work with! She meets you with the biggest smile and always makes sure you got what you needed, were happy with everything on the visit and generally a shining star! When she is working the registers I would wait in her line just to be able to enjoy talking with her because she makes you feel special!

The store was clean and well laid out. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.

I like this store because it is rarely crowded and there are always category specialists around to help with a project. The layout of this store is a mirror image of some of the other HD stores in the area. I am not sure why they do this; but when I try to act like I know where I am going, a friendly sales associate offers unsolicited advise that usually points me in the right direction. Maybe I just look like I am disoriented most of the time.

I visit this store at least 3 or 4 times a month. I always enjoy the friendly helpful employees. I usually can find everything I need unless of course it's a seasonal item.

I would absolutely recommend the Edgewood Home Depot Store to anyone. I go out of my way to shop here. On this specific trip I interacted with three employees and had a very positive experience with each of them. First was Bill from Electric, then Lenaia from the Christmas Decoration area and then Demarys at the register. Very pleasant talking with all three of them. Thank you Home Depot for having a great group of people for me to interact with.

I really enjoy shopping at the Edgewood store more and more over time. The Bel Air store is much closer, but it's such a hassle getting in and shopping. If you need something quick, forget about that store unless it's really early or late. You can look around the Edgewood store without feeling like you're crowded, it's just more relaxing, less stressful and less of a hassle. It's seems more and more we make the drive to the Edgewood store then the 5 minutes to the Bel Air store.

This Home Depot is always neat and clean and has stocked shelves. It also has some of the friendliest employees, from Bill in electrical, cashier Ms. Demarys and Asst. Mgr Lenaia. It always a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot.

My good experience today out weigh the bad ones. Thank you Alana for going the extra mile.

This location of the Home Depot provided the highest level of service interns of helpfulness, friendliness and profesionalism. The store environment is COVID clean. The shelves are well stocked but not overcrowded or disorganized. I was able to easily find what I needed without problems.

Every time I need parts or advice for a home project their associates are there to advise and help. They treat us veterans great with nice discounts. I could not ask more of a Home Improvement store.

The store is always clean, parking is always good. The service is good. I wish they would have parking spaces allotted to veterans like some of the other stores

I needed to have a piece of wood cut, and the young man working there did that for me. Next, I needed assistance to find a door stop, and once again he came to my rescue. Since I am a senior lady, It reminded me of a time long ago when that kind of service was the standard. I also noticed there was plenty of help throughout the store .As a bonus the restroom was spotless.AAA+++

I’ve been to several Home Depot stores in Harford County and this by far is the neatest and most friendly.

I love coming to this location because it's never crowded. At some of your other locations it's hard to find a parking spot and the lines can be long. The employees are very friendly also.

Whenever I needed to find something, any associate that I approached was willing to help me. The associates are always patient and friendly.
