I am a long time customer of Home Depot. Today, I had some unique requests. Taylor was extremely helpful and patient with my special requests. She represents Home Depot and this particular store very well.

The store was clean and it looked nice. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. When I broke the seal and opened the box of the drill I bought I found the drill had been removed and had been replaced with water bottles and other junk. Home Depot replaced the drill but the return process was not a positive experience.

Excellent customer service

We use both the Elk River and St.Cloud Home Depot stores on a regular basis. Made recent purchases on laundry equipment, and home lighting. Had a few minor issues with the products, but Home Depot quickly resolved the issues to our satisfaction. Stores are well staffed with friendly employees, willing to direct you to your shopping needs.

Once again the supportive staff (Gregg in particular) helped me solve a tricky home maintenance problem. Sometimes I wish I could moonlight at the store myself, just to be around the fun, enthusiastic and helpful people! Maybe it's a Midwest thing, I just hope it never changes.

The staff were friendly and the product was easy to find.

The store was awesome; Home Accent Holiday LED 300 mini colored lights lack quality. there were more lights out on the string than spares given in 2 packages; the third package had the wrong type of spare - won't work at all.

The Elk River store is a smaller store, as in it doesn't have a tool rental, but it is laid out very well and the staff are very helpful. Those are the two best things I have Noticed about this store in particular.

The always helpful and friendly employees like Patty are what keeps me coming back to this store. Even on the busiest days they are extremely helpful and friendly.

Rick was so very helpful and I greatly appreciate all his help.

Employees are helpful and stock always seems to be available.

I am not one to write reviews. Great price. Great selection. Great service. I am closer to another Home Depot but will go to this one from now on. Great experience. Associate was very informative and helpful.

I needed help on base cabnets to match upper cabnets and needed them to fit in not normal kitchen dimensions. Connie Snare is your go to person at elkriver home depot. She is awsome!

Close to my home, and know that Whenever I go into the store, the workers there really go out of their way to be helpful.

Dylan (from name tag) or daniel (from reciept) seemed upset that he had to help me with an exchange. he then told me im not going to go through all that (exchange ) i will return it all and you can go get /buy what you need. No problem i said. He then began returning items counting small items poorly throwing multiple in the bin at a time while counting pretty sure his count was wrong but not worth the argument so i said nothing then he returnes multiple items that did not have bar codes by scanning a dissimilar product repeatedly some one was shorted on this action not sure if it was me or your store. Throughout the return the employee dylan/daniel was rude and acted angry and rude and like he did not want to help. Usually i would write this off as a bad day but this is the second time i have delt with this employee and he was rude both times.

Best customer service in Minnesota for home depot! Extremely clean, and well mannered employees. Thank you Gregg for helping us find what we needed.

On previous visit I asked a store associate if Home Depot (Elk River) carried a certain type of water heater. I gave the name and description of this kind of water heater to the store associate. He said that Elk River Home Depot did not have any in stock but could order them. I then asked where the water heaters were located and he told me which aisle to go to (he did not offer to take me there or find somebody to help me find the water heaters). I found the water heaters and quickly located two models that were listed as the kind that I was looking for. The store associate apparently did not have the proper information about products he was supposed to be knowledgeable about -- including model descriptions. I wanted to tell the Home Depot Associate that I had found what I was looking for but he was gone (I could not find him).

The store was nice and clean, things were easy to find. The customer service was excellent. Very impressed! Would highly recommend this Home Depot.

This store is always clean, stocked well, staff are present to customers, and they are knowledgable. They go out of their way to help find items, get them ordered. The staff here work well together. They have been helpful when I, as a customer, required an electric cart; by bringing me a second one when the battery needed charging. This is our favorite of all the Home Depot stores we've utilized. (5 in all).
