He, took me to the items, that were needed for my project, then explain the best way to completed my project, AND what was very important made a necessary precaution that I need to expect during my job. Sales associates are not knowledgeable about the product being sold. They are only helpful in getting product off shelves. If you are not a professional who knows exactly what you need, I'm sure it's a decent experience. As a homeowner, it's a lesson in frustration trying to find answers to technical questions.

I always buy the tall kitchen bags because the rolls of bags last a long time and they are durable

I rented a jackhammer and was told wiping it with a towel wasn't good enough. And as a general contractor I should have had moist towelettes with me to clean the machine. What grown man keeps those with him on a job site to clean a jackhammer? Garbage service

I shop here nearly everyday for my business. I spend alot of money at your store overcthe years, It's always great and I almost never have an issue. If I need to bring my trailer and fill it with lots of expensive things from your store...its a pain. Too many people either don't care or it's not clear that there's an area for trailers to park in. I come with my trailer and it's full of little cars...!! Please do something. I've asked in person before and nothing changes...

I bought a new washer and dryer combination on sale for delivery at the date and time requested for our newly purchased home in Oregon. Charlie A. went the extra mile in getting our purchase perfected. He is very knowledgeable in design planning, where he is stationed, and in appliance technical matters. He viewed our new home on Zillow to verify we our new appliances would match the current owners as to faucet orientation.

This store is always well stocked and clean. The customer service is generally friendly, helpful and courteous. The best part is that they have all the supplies needed for home improvement with a good product variety and options needed for a great shopping experience.

I picked a three-pack of light bulbs priced at $9.90. When I checked out the price was $12,90. I didn't have time to speak with anyone about it.
