From the moment I walked in to buy a washer and dryer I was treated like a problem. Maybe it was because no one wanted to work? I had to beg 5 different people including a store manager to help me get the products down and load them into my truck. They ended up getting the dryer down but my husband and I had to load it ourselves using a cart after they left it! I have never had such a hard time spending $1469 in my life! Home Depot needs to hire better people who care.

I love everything about this store. The people, the associates, atmosphere, the plants. Mark and Louie in Decor and Flooring set me up with a measurement and blinds installation. I highly recommend this HD store for any home improvement project or homeowner.

Plumbing, packing, and building materials were needed for my projects. Mark in flooring directed me thru different options and walked me to building materials for a fragile packing project that needed insulation foam. Clean store with nice knowledgeable associates and I get what I need when I need it. Garden is well stocked. Mursal was very nice and efficient at checkout. I recommend this store to any homeowner. Needed assorted project ideas for my new windows. Mark in Decor and Flooring directed me to Bali options and their bulk volume savings. Sliding Panels and Vertical Blind options were discussed with other considerations. This store and Home Depot are always moving forward and evolving. I needed 21 window treatments for my daycare business and Sara and Mark located the volume of window treatments I needed and Sara, Mark spent much time gathering the product. This store has very helpful associates with clean environment and well stocked merchandise. Well run/led organization. Needed large amount of blinds and other home improvement items and Mark in flooring walked us through the options and got us to the finish line. This is the cleanest Home Depot we have ever been to. The people at Home Depot seem to get it. They know what is like to be customers who don't know products very well and/or where they are located. SO, the Home Depot people take a little time to talk about specific products and variations. AND, THEY DON'T JUST TELL YOU TO GO WAY BACK INTO THE CORNER OF THE HUGE BUILDING TO FIND THE ITEMS YOU WANT. HOME DEPOT PEOPLE TAKE YOU THERE AND CHAT ALONG THE WAY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH THE PRODUCTS AND VARIATIONS TO USE.
