Good store, good selection of products that I am shopping for and most of the employees are polite!

I always find what I need, and the team members are always happy to help me if I have questions about a product. The store is always kept clean, the products are well-stocked, and checkout is extremely smooth. One little detail that is great: the self checkout has cordless scanners that actually work regularly. That may seem trivial, but it means not having to contort a scanner's cord around a bunch of lumber or other goods.

I have a great experience today the associate who help us named Lori was very knowledgeable giving us advice for a our bathroom remodeling my wife and I were very happy to find someone who cares .

Helpfulness is the theme here! Every time I have gone to this Home Depot, usually with a question, an employee cheerfully answers the question and personally escorts me to the proper section and/or the expert in that field. They definitely aim to please!

Great customer service! I went early morning and an employee helped me find exactly what I needed to work on my home maintenance project.

As, I mentioned earlier, I and my wife are regular visitor of this store. We have in the past 2 years must have spent over $25,000, purchasing all the materiel for upgrading our basement and paint job. We live about 1.5 miles from this store. We have been able to get assistance most of the time and I would say mostly employees are friendly. Yes, I find the store clean and well maintained. Yes, some associates are friendly and helpful

Most employees can direct you to what you are looking for or have the hand held device that would look up the location in the store. You have to ask them instead of them asking you but at least you can get an answer.

Best Home Depot in the area, and best construction store, definitely recommended.

Today was a great day at the Home Depot, four different employees assisted me in finding product I do not normally get. In fact one employee even selected the product, and loaded it on my cart. As usual in this busy store, the aisle were crowded. BUT, the checkout was fantastic. Miguel, took the time to assist me at the self checkout, and offered to assist in loading a heavy object. I insisted he stay at his post, so he found a young man to assist me. Like I a great day - found everything I needed, got great assistance both finding products and with checkout, AND got an employee very willing to lift a 60 pound object, so I did not exceed my 40 pound limit and damage my back.

The store was very organized and clean. The associates were very professional and knowledgeable.

Employees do not have the experience to work in certain specialized departments. Custom orders are outsourced so customer service is lacking to say the least. No consideration for a buyers time when orders are wrong and no adequate compensation for that time.

This store has no cashiers and requires their paying customers to do the checkout work themselves. Assistance is very often needed when doing self checkout. At least there was one person around who could help.

The Fairfax outdoor section crew did an absolutely great job. They were professional, cheerful, helpful, took care of all the heavy lifting, helped get me quickly through the checkout and loaded up my car. They went the extra mile and deserve recognition.

Huge store, the best in the northern virginia area. THe staff were all very courteous and helpful, particularly, Kimberly H. in the bath designing area, Renuka - pro desk, Emma - manager, and Lori. It was a pleasure.

We needed help getting deck furniture, and Surf and Ahmed helped us get the chairs and table, and wheel them to register, and load them into van. They were both very helpful, very pleasant, and had great ideas how to fit all the stuff into the van. The were both very patient with my wife...
