This store can't be bothered to stock shelves fully. They just leave item in front of the shelves so you can't see or get to what you a re looking. The manager was uninterested in the issue. Also, asking multiple employees for a simple oven bulb replacement led me to just find it at the tiny hardware store with 1/50th the floor space. All that room and you have next to nothing I need. Disorganized and unhelpful staff. Terrible store and service. Clean your stores up for change.

While we are dealing with this virus academic I realize all the stock sitting in aieles due to lack of employees looking for jobs

The store didn't want to honor the price on the Ryobi battery pack which came with the blower for $99. They took the price sticker off the store shelves. The store was not clean. The managers were very rude. They didn't wear their mask properly This is by far the worst store in the country.

The store always has what I'm looking for. I like when a cashier rings me up rather then the self check out. HP took very good care of me today.

Store had four employees standing near the cash registers, but not a single human being manning a register. And a line for self checkout. For some reason this store won't pay employees to check out customers, but they can stand around and make jokes.

I want to think Lisa and Ornella from the Kitchen design department. Both represent what I view as good customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

This store is great in everything. Suhail and Ornella is are the best in this store.

Ornella was very engaged, courteous and helped me find the stove I needed for the Holidays. Hard item to find in stock, get ordered and delivered at a reasonable price, she helped with it all.

I had to have a rather firm debate with a cashier about the pricing of a particular item. The item in question was physically tagged as were all other like items throughout the store. She initially said that I was wrong and there was nothing she could do. At the end she gave me the price that the item was physically priced at, but it should not have had to come to that.

This Home Depot was so clean, easy to shop, and had EXCEPTIONAL ASSOCIATES...everybody was so willing to help with great attitudes. Safety was first here with masks, sanitizers, etc. for customers. The store was clean, easy to navigate. Moe was especially helpful in the Electrical Department — he went over and beyond to find a timer for us that was nowhere to be found — but he took the time and found it tucked away, out of sight. Thanks, Moe. Our experience was especially great because of Moe, but overall everybody was helpful and cheerful. Definite praise and recognition should go to Moe. :-))

KEEP YOUR EMPLOYEES LONGER. IT SEEMS EVERY TIME I GO INTO THE STORE, THERE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND THEY ARE NOT SURE WHERE CERTAIN ITEMS ARE. THEY USE THERE PHONE TO CALL SOMEONE OR HAVE TO LOOK UP LOCATION OF AN ITEM.

Very disorganized store. If you order anything to this store, even if you are the only person there for a pickup, expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes. I highly advise you to choose another hardware store or to just go in and purchase things and risk the covid. I waited over an hour just to be told that the items that I ordered (and received an email that it was ready for pick up as well as checking in with the front desk) were actually not there. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the store generally empty at this point, for them to tell me that what I came there for was not even there. This is my 3rd negative experience in a row at this store. I have only been to the store 3 times. I would not recommend unless, you felt like life was going too well and you needed a little disappointment in your life.

Lisa Malta is a great resource to have in the Kitchen and Bath department. Super helpful and friendly!

I am happy because Home depot close to my house so only Home depot I found what i need, and I found assistance when I need.

After waiting in line 45 mins just to get into the store, I asked Norma the greeter, if she knew that their competitors weren't requiring people to wait in line to enter their stores. She then gestured her arm towards the exit and said "well you can still go there". After explaining that I was working close by, she the replied "well why did you tell me that then". As a contractor, Im done with home depot! While trying to earn a living, I had to stand in line for 45 minutes to get inside only to find several items out of stock. Because of this Norma and this experience, I am searching out other suppliers to conduct business with.

I think that Kim Thompson is an excellent employee. Very knowledgeable; pleasant; and courteous. If she isn't one of the managers, she certainly should be.

Great associates, neat and clean environment. Easy to find that I'm looking for.

STORE IS ALWAYS OUT OF CLEANING SUPPLIES, DISPOSABLE GLOVES ETC., STORE STAFF ARE VERY NICE, VERY HELPFUL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
