I needed a storm door installed on my home. I have to admit when I first arrived the lady at the front was rude. However, the lady in the door department, Kayla, helped me with my order. She was sweet and very helpful. I received a phone call the next day to make appointments for measuring and install. The installer, Luis, was very professional, helpful and installed the door quickly. He even notified me when my silly dog got out of the backyard. Overall very friendly and genuinely skilled in his job. Both were excellent with their customer service skills and did a great thorough job. If I ever need another door installed. I will definitely return to Home Depot.

The associates were very helpful. I will be back to shop at this store again.

I'm a bus driver and I don't live anywhere near the store so I will probably not go back unless I have a trip close to that location. I did not have a problem everyone was very friendly

I totally understand that employee appreciate great after Christmas deals as customers do. However, please discourage employees "hiding" items that are clearance. The computer shows there are 10 of an item in the store and not 1 can be found. A cashier said Hmmmmm I know someone has hidden these until they get paid to purchase them, but I don't know where. She assured me, shell speak with management about this habit of employees. If they purchase it when they see it fine, but to hold it for days and days while a customer had traveled to the store to purchase that item....its disturbing.

Overall my experience at this location was very good. I was in and out in quick time and everyone was nice to me

Found a great deal on item I was looking for

Horrible store! Shelves empty even at the check out isle. NO ONE to assist me in PLUMBING. Had to different people page someone 3 times for me. (When I could find someone) But no one ever came to help. There were at least 5 customers looking for assistance. Avoid this store at all cost.

After entering I was greeted with a friendly hello and smile. Always clean and neat whenever I go. when I ask for assistance I was helped.

The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. I have never written a review (good or Bad) for anything in my life. However I was so impressed with the employees at this store I feel compelled to let everyone know. If you are shopping at Home Depot, check out this location.

The customer service is poor overall. However, there are some really good employees like Althea, Shay and a guy in paint. They need to teach the employees about good customer service. I go to this store because it is closer to my house and because I like to spend my money in my neighborhood.

Everyone is very helpful they could use a few more workers in the paint department but overall I had a good shopping experience

Many employees are especially the females are not customer oriented

I do not live in Ferguson. I live in Belleville, Illinois. Supply required I travel to Ferguson to acquire a mower I desired. Upon my arrival, I found the store not only well kept and stocked, but also manned by exceptional employees. They went above and beyond normalcy to ensure I had everything I needed and then helped me load my mower into my truck. They were exceptional and I sincerely appreciated everything they did for me. Thank you!!!

I hate having to write bad reviews, but this store needs a major improvement on customer service!!!!!!

Good customer service in their doors and windows department

When I first walked in I’m greeted with smiles and hellos and throughout the whole time I’m in there I’m getting helped in every isle I walk into.

They had products I needed. Wished there was a sales however needed so I purchased.;(

Trashy parking lot.

A very helpful location and well stocked. the employees in lumber and contracting were great. The cashier Aaliyah was very apologetic for me having to make a return. She made suggestions that helped me to repurchase another piece of lumber. Great job young lady!

Awesome customer service during my visit to this store today!

This store is usually well supplied and easy to shop. The only problem I have with it is that it is sometimes hard to find an employee to help you. They should have a way to buzz someone in the department you are shopping in.
